The Brenatto-Widogast dynamic after the Echoes of Exandria shows.
will the eventual c2 post talk about other campaigns to compare and contrast or is that kicking a hornet's nest
I talk about c3 endings a lot (because I think it’s better). But that doc has been dormant for a squizz, because my lil blogger life has been a lil blogger mess.
In all sincerity it is a pseudo-essay that pseudo-exists and when I have the time and mind set to finish it I will.
Things I will close my tab over, The Berlin Live show edition.
Matt walking out painted purple.
Any reiteration of you were not born with venom in your veins, bonus hole in the wall if Essek says it.
Use of the term star-crossed lovers--one google search, that is how easy it is to understand the idiom is about psychosexual suicide.
Sam Riegel forgets his character is pregnant
Worse: Sam Riegel remembers his character is pregnant.
They forget Leylas has Essek's home address and likely access to his last five years worth of income statements.
If they say 'Zemnian' and wait for applause.
shoutout the the collective cluster fuck of things I will cringe at that I cannot predict.
Four out of eight ain’t bad.
“Why would it be worse?” You now know.
The Archmage Demodus Blix and his Noble, Faithful, Extremely Real companion Figment

I love when Caleb Widogast occasionally breaks the fourth wall to talk directly to Laura Bailey.
tsul'reckshi like "that guy? really?"
I like Essek come home after a long day of self-effacing, take off my bra, compulsively lie to my parents about my worldly assets, and then am reminded promptly of my genetic risk of schizophrenia before my sycophancy sets in and I make a appointment with an academic coordinator like it’s booking a slot at an open mic night.
Whatever helps you cope, lil dirt wizard

She used it for something boring already but RETCON PLS
Chekov's bardic inspiration you have me by the throat.
…….. use it.
Re: the c2 finale, what is your opinion on Caduceus?
Generally positive, which is surprising because he lacks a standard character arc. I think his arc is more-or-less a proof a concept (Fjords healing, faith teaching being extrapolated into relevant commiseration with Caleb, more).
Am I still stuck in the 2021 mindset of “the campaign can’t end! What about the Savalirwood?” A little, yes.
Cad falls into the same category as Campaign One for me: it did exactly what it intended to do and did it well, I am moved in the way it wanted me to be moved; I don’t think about it often.
Cad has the best lines, my profile name is a Cad line. I think he posited the closest thing we got to an acknowledgement of complexity (be it slightly apathetic) with Wildemount’s politics. He’s also a stone cold nihilist on occasion and I really enjoyed that.
Cad’s good.
