My list of Team Star AUs:

A master list, mostly for my reference.

Blazing Stars:

This one’s the most complicated. It’s a fantasy AU that doesn’t take place in Paldea, but a whole new world. There’s four main districts (based around the Elite Four) and The Spire, the center.

The story goes as such; Geeta fears the power of the stars, and tries to create a crystal dome to shut them out forever. One star in particular falls to the earth, and five teens find it, and they vow to take down Geeta before she attacks them first.

This AU has two parts. Part 1 is the introduction of the five bosses and Star, up to the defeat of Geeta. Part 2 is an actual RPG concept where you fight against the six bosses. There’s more, but it’s a bit spoilery for a “quick” post.

WitchHunt

A modern fantasy / superpower AU. Basically the classic “six teens have powers and fight the government and get captured at some point”. I couldn’t resist.

Dark Stars

A Deltarune inspired AU where sentient darkness takes over a student at their worst hour, creating more and more darkness across the Academy. Five students cling to light, hoping to fight back the darkness and save whoever’s underneath.

5 Stars in the Night

A FNaF inspired AU where Arven and Nemona start their first day on the job as a night guard, but the five animatronics there seem to REALLY hate Arven. It’s almost like they recognize his face…

None of the Team Star characters are dead in the animatronics. It’s worse than that. :)

Dying in Static (Living through Screens)

A short story about a cartoon mascot who just found friends, and never wants to be alone again.

Five unnamed characters tune into an old broadcast after a rough day, and it cheers them up. It isn’t until a hand tries to pull one of them into the static of the TV that they begin to realize that it’s not just a show.

Doomsday Violet

A zombie apocalypse AU where a mysterious virus from the future spreads across Paldea, infecting everyone, one person at a time. Eight survivors hope to find a cure, but with every loss, they begin to lose hope…

Again, none of the characters die! The zombies are still alive, just very sick, and can be healed.

Yesterday’s Mistakes

A Villain Penny AU where she takes it into her own hands to take down Team Star, no matter the cost. Basically an extension of canon but if Penny lost it.

A Star Underground

A Dungeon Meshi AU where Penny disappears into the dungeon because of a prophecy, and the other party members follow after her, to learn what role they play in this fate.

Red text means the AU doesn’t take place in Paldea or the Pokemon world at all. Orange text means it takes place in Paldea but doesn’t have Pokemon (or a magic system alteration), Green text means it’s mostly canon compliant.

I will HAPPILY answer questions about any of these! I’m so happy to finally have a place to share all this! (I was thinking of starting a side blog to contain my AU stuff, but I gave up on that idea.)

Working more on Evovirus. Or at least thinking about it again. Eri is my target once again but THIS time we get a look at the full body of a Monster.

They’re kinda quadrupedal but in like, a gorilla way. They’re capable of standing normally, but they’re a bit topheavy now so it’s preferable to be on all fours.

This is notably mild for the amount of teeth and eyes grown across the body, since they usually form in response to injury, or to be able to hunt better.

They’re also VERY strong, so look out for that.

Pretty good for maybe a 30 minute sketch last night.

Got kinda heated over something I saw on twitter and I’m going to say with full confidence I believe Eri could beat Ivor in a fight.

First off, Ivor doesn’t have a lick of strategy in his whole body. I haven’t played ZA in a while, but it seems like his main strategy is literally Justice Punching Things. He’s a total brute.

Eri’s smart, and as we’ve seen her running a lot in her training, she’s mobile. I trust that she’d be able to dodge the hits and attack his weak points. Since she’s a grappler and not focused on knocking him out, she’d be trying to knock him over. And since he has to be close enough to punch her, she has access to his legs.

I admit I don’t know wrestling all that well but I did consult my friend who’s a wrestler and he also confirmed that Eri does have an advantage.

She’s not invincible, though. And Ivor is scary strong. If he lands a good hit, she’s out, but I do think she’d be able to prioritize avoiding his punches long enough to win.

I was never actually into MLP so this is like my first exposure to it and the first thing I do is Make Team Star AU

Went to a theme park and got henna done!

This is kinda an old picture but i got a certain logo put on my hand, hehe!

Also thinking about writing a fic about the stars going to a unovan theme park while on a trip (after visiting BBA)…

My HC birthday for Penny is Eevee Day, so in November and nowhere close to now, but I had to run out and buy cake and flowers for a relative so it’s just on my mind today. Actually Mother’s Day months ago but I forgot to post it so this has been rotting in my drafts

They also got her a cake which was gone in an hour maximum. Next time, they’re just going with sweets. That’s the way to her heart.

Did I go on a three hour horror video binge last night? Yes. Do I regret it? Only partially. However it made me think of the blorbos.

I present to you: the unholy trinity of Do Not Let Them Do This.

Penny gets paranoid fairly easily. She will refuse to go into any dark room and will be seeing figures outside the windows (her room is on the third floor of the academy, she saw a bird. If anything at all). It was almost definitely her idea.

Mela startles easily. However, she reacts to being scared by immediately punching whatever scared her. Or Atticus. Usually Atticus. “I’m not scared at all.” She lies through her teeth.

Atticus gets WAY too invested in any media he consumes and will be working by horror movie rules for several weeks. He is taking it all absolutely dead-seriously. It is not easing Penny or Mela’s nerves in the slightest when he starts loudly threatening a shadow in the corner and waving a (fake) knife around.

It’s probably just best to let them stick together until it wears off in a few days.

Cassiopeia

“An eternity among the stars… for a crime that I committed of desperation. The gods themselves have abandoned this world.”

So I was kinda messing around in photoshop this morning and decided this is what I was going to do with my time.

A VERY rushed and incomplete version of my Fall of Cassiopeia AU Penny.

I reconsidered a few things.

Penny/Perseverance: Despite being bullied, and the team itself falling apart and turning away from its goal, Penny made a plan to save those that she loved. Even as months passed, she persevered.

Giacomo/Patience: He prefers not to attack directly, instead waiting for a perfect moment. His use of Timer Balls also suggests that patience is his predominant strategy.

Mela/Bravery: She rushes headfirst into situations, solving problems with brute force alone. Despite her fear of talking to people, she is brave in other ways.

Atticus/Justice: He clearly has a VERY strong (if misguided) sense of justice. He’s strongly loyal to the team and punishes any and all evildoers, even if his methods are… less than honorable sometimes (such as in the manga).

Ortega/Integrity: Even though he was shown to be a bit fickle in the past, he now follows the code of the team to the final letter. He doesn’t use money to solve his problems, he invents something completely unique to the team.

Eri/Kindness: She protects the Caph Base herself and won’t allow anyone else to get hurt. She offers to sacrifice her reputation so the rest of the team could get what they want. Though she resonates with many aspects, kindness is a big part of who she is.
