@glossyvirgo2021 asked me the exact same thing and it's a bit hard to write something like this without any further info (what exactly means enemy in this context and how old are they during all of this), but I tried to come up with some dialogue prompts that fit into the trope. Mostly on the stage from enemies to lovers.
Childhood friends to enemies to lovers prompts
"You broke my heart, you idiot. And the first time always hurts the most."
"Why do you always seem so angry with me?" "Why? You really have to ask me why I'm angry? You left me when I needed you!"
"I actually miss being friends." "I don't actually want to be friends anymore."
"We used to be best friends. What happened to us?" "Well, we got older."
"Mistakes were made, I get that. But shouldn't we start to try to get past them?"
"We were always a good team. And we could still be one."
"I miss how we were back then." "The good old times are not coming back." "But maybe we could try again for the future."
"What's the saying? With friends like you, who needs enemies?" "Maybe I don't even want to be just friends anymore."
"We grew up together..." "And we also grew apart."
