Recently I've been struggling with a lot of feelings that I just don't know what to do with, instead of letting those feelings and thoughts bring me down I've been working on myself.

I've been working a little lately as a bartender at a friend's bar. I cut my hair, I got my nips pierced, I scheduled an appointment for a new tattoo. I've been going out once or twice a week to drink and dance. I suppose I've just really been taking care of me for a change.

I don't know where all of this will lead, but it feels good to put myself first for the first time in 24 years. I'm never selfish I always put others first always but its time for that to change a little. It's time for me to become a little more independent.
