Dealing with apathetic, helpless, and lazy students is getting the better of me. What's worse: their parents enable this laziness and helplessness.

Also, district higher-ups are notorious for handing problems to teachers and expecting them to fix them with no support or funding.

I'm so done with this shit but I can't get out. Started working, hoping that the behavior and helplessness were because of the pandemic. It's not getting any better.

How does a teacher market him/her/themself for a job that isn't teaching? It's time to get out, but only if it is affordable.
