A little manifestion exercise I just thought of:
1. Close your eyes. Deeply visualize the reality you desire. Visualize the smells, the sounds, whatever you can think of to deeply connect you to that future reality.
(I thought of my future life. I thought of a beautiful home with cloth billowing in the wind and I was looking out of a bay window as I watched my daughters playing. I pictured myself washing a bowl that I mixed cookie dough in with my daughters, and I smelled cookies baking in the oven. I heard the sound of my partner greeting me from behind. My point is, get real detailed haha)
2. After you’ve held for visualization for as long as you can sustain it, open your eyes. Only, they’re not your eyes. They’re the eyes of your future self, and your future self has this rare opportunity to look into the past. Study your current surroundings as your future self. Imagine how your future self would look fondly at everything you currently have, as your current reality is a beautiful foundation for your blessings to come.
This visualization not only aligns your vibrations to your desired outcome, it also helps to contextualize your current reality as something that is also desirable. Many times, we have trouble manifesting when we have a fervent dislike for our current situation, but the easiest way to detach and allow the universe to grant your desires is to be grateful for the abundance that you currently have. You can’t manifest from a place of lack. I hope this helps! ✨
