It’s trans hot
Reclaiming the word fat is still a radical act to so many. If you haven’t gotten there in your journey yet, let this be a kind nudge from one fat person to another…it feels incredibly freeing to refuse to think of this word with any negative connotation. The word that has been used to cut through me and dehumanize me and haunt me and pathologize me can just become soft and friendly in my hands when I use it and I love it because I love myself and I am fat.
(If you’re not fat I don’t care if you reblog this just don’t add any nonsense. And if YOUR fatphobic friends start commenting or whatever, clean up your own trash.)
