Looking for Staff members for new Kpop Community!

Hey tumblr followers and other followers, fans, stalkers, and what not.  I'm currently in the middle of creating a new kpop community.  Unfortunately, right now, I can't be public about the idea, because I want to form a staff and make sure we can get the project before it's released.

If you're a designer, coder, administrator, moderator, social person, writer, etc... you should check it out :)  There are rewards for everyone's hard work, and I'm looking forward to work with a team of talented people and almost create a family atmosphere where we can all learn and do what we like.

4MF Redesign - Pump up the Volume

Did a new design for the layout @ 4-Minutes Forums.  Based on Volume Up with Gothic concept with castles, pillars and what not.  Also did various coding here and there.

Much thanks to electronicfunkytown, baby_joon, ryan_m and especially heatherrobyn and 4MF staff for making the process seemless.  The coding and design only took a week or so.  A lot of the delay time was due to waiting for misc graphics, work, and school exams.

I think I finally got the hang of how IPB functions and hope to stretch it further as time goes.

Hope everyone likes it and hope the subtle animations are cool :p.
