Nowadays, we have never-before-seen and too-good-to-be-true, but still somewhat clumsy, AI-generated portraits of Claudia Cardinale and Brigitte Bardot. Three years from now, they'll no longer be clumsy, and we won't even be able to spot the fakes. And then they'll start changing other parts of our history. And the kids will never know the difference. Makes me glad I'm old.
