Hi There!

Welcome to my blog. I’ve been postponing it’s inception since a really long time, but here we are. I will follow you, if you follow me, that sorta thing.

The 2015 world cup has been nothing but a surreal experience for me, and I hope you loved it as much as I did. I’ve wished for a lot things since then, that includes travelling to England in 2019, and pipe dreams such as having perfect hair like Shapoor Zadran.

I’m not from New Zealand, but I’ve been an avid Blackcaps fan. I adore Kane and Trent, so hello to all the Trane shippers!. Through my primary account, I’ve been following the cricket fam on tumblr, the first blog, I followed was fuckyeahkane.tumblr.com, and that pretty much got me very excited to see that I wasn’t the only one going absolutely bonkers about what a wonderful batsman he truly is. I’m very thankful to the tumblr cricket fam, as it has kept me going during hard times, especially when societal ‘expectations’ of simply being a girl need to be fulfilled. I hope this family continues to grow, and helps other people around the world irrespective of their racial,social, economic and political barriers, to embrace cricket all the more like I have learnt to.
