Hey guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a few moments in the show/comics mentioning that Kai is heavy?

Like, in season 11 fire chapter, when he was unconscious, Nya mentioned he was heavy or something like that

And Zane (in a comic or a book, I'm not exactly sure) while carrying Kai says he gained weight.

Does that mean I've been incorrectly imagining him as a stick man, while he's actually a fucking beefcake??????
