Do you need to have a promo/icons/etc. to make the blog, or can you work off of mobile and do it that way?

Well.. If you’re asking about blogging solely from a mobile device, I’d say you’re setting yourself up for more effort than you want to go through…. 

Icons are preferred, of course, and it’d be nice if you have all of your promo stuff and a nice-looking blog on your own.

What about icons, blogs, the like? Are those offered, or are we on our own?

While I have made themes and icons for myself and Navi, they will not be offered for anyone else. You will have to make your own, just like for any other RP blog you would make.

Which do you need more of, P3 or P4 side?

Well, it’s really up to you! We only need Yukari and Mitsuru on the P4 side, while only two of SEES are taken, so there are more openings for the P3 side than the P4, if Yukari and Mitsuru don’t appeal to you. But it’s not necessarily which one we need more of, we’re happy to have people interested regardless! If you do apply for a P3 character, there will be enough characters to push for activity in the ones already existing. But don’t feel pressured to pick a character you won’t stick with!
