Townies - Pack III

If you are looking for new sims to populate your saves, here are 24 new townies (yep, a bit less than usual!), with nice outfits (3 in the everyday category), skills, likes/dislikes, additional traits, lifestyles, pronouns, sexual orientation, body hairs and more. As these sims come without jobs, the game may use them to fill some roles (as stall vendor or bartender for exemple).

If you want more sims, you can download my other Townies Packs (Part I, Part II, and Occults Sims), or my Families Packs (Part I, Part II and Part III ).

Feel free to imagine your own stories with these sims! But if you don’t have any inspiration, look at all the info in the Simology panel, or at their skills, it might give you some ideas! But if you simply want to use them as townies (sims that don’t live anywhere, but that you can meet in the streets or on community lots, sometimes working), install them on a lot then evict them immediately.

Then in the Manage Households window, click on each household, mark them as Unplayed, and move them in the Other Households tab.

And if you play with these sims, feel free to tag me in your posts!

precious promises - cc collab with pierisim

Pierisim and I have worked on a special project together that we want to share with you now.  We have been wanting to do a collaboration together for quite some time now and the Wedding stories pack was a perfect opportunity for us to work on a custom content set together for the first time.  

For the design choice we tried to make a versatile set that works for rustic weddings in the countryside as well as for a boho inspired beach wedding. Even a more simple wedding in the backyard would fit the theme of the items we made pretty well! And because weddings only happen once in a while, we tried to make the items also suitable for your regular residential homes as well.  

Included in this pack are many options for your sims to sit down (which we all know isn’t their biggest talent - but at least they have the opportunity to do so), a modular party tent with many possibilities that you can fit to the size that is suitable for your event, many candles and flowers to get the amount of romance your Sims need for an important day in their life and much more.  

this set comes with 59 new items!

You can search for ‘precious promises, 'charly pancakes’ or 'pierisim’ to find the objects in the build/buy catalogue.

We had a great time working together and really hope you like what we came up with. You can prepare yourself for more collabs in the future!

[TT] Family Matters

Hi!! For a long time now I’ve been wanting to make family poses, but specifically family poses that include teens. My simsta family is all teens/adults now so most family poses don’t fit them and friend poses are just too friendly, thus this was made :) If there’s a demand for families with younger kids (and smaller families) I may make one but for now here we are.

Things to note:

due to me being a dumbass, most of the poses are off center (mostly the last one)

i am sorry in advance if you want to use the last pose and i recommend saving the picture for reference

place all the necessary teleporters in the same spot

Instrument Lessons Activity

This mod is a simple mod that allows your sims to sign up for instrument lessons (paid lessons) and it acts as an activity so they will slowly build their instrument skill as they go to the activity. 

You can choose between guitar, piano or violin lessons. Sometimes I do want to give my sims activities but I did want it to be paid for the realism aspect.

How does this work?

Go on your computer and you will find the "Instrument Lessons Sign Up" pie menu. You can choose between either of the instruments. Parents can sign their children up for lessons.

But after the sim has signed up for the lessons they will need to pay a weekly fee. If you want to pay the fee click on the sim who is taking the lesson and go to "Instrument Lessons Sign Up" and you will find the option to pay. If you don't pay your sim will be kicked out and they will need to wait for a little before they can sign up again. 

Every week you will also be reminded to pay for the lessons, you will have 24 hours to pay. If you do not pay you will also be kicked out.

When your sim reaches a higher level in this activity you will be able to attend recitals. Recitals happen every weekend, (Fridays) included and they begin at 5 pm. (This is only available for level 3 players and up.)

What else do I need for the mod?

Nothing.
