today,

I’m feeling super grateful.

Woke up a a nice time cleaned and made a great breakfast.

Then got dressed and went for a ride with the window down

so sunny and bright out 

My hand freely out the window

I’m grateful to be back at wfo

Thankful im doing okay, better even maybe

grateful for my apartment and having my own space

grateful for solitude

Thankful for days off

Happy i put energy into work relations

going out with the girls and having  little epihany

Thank ful for the flow and working on myself everyday to be a better me

donated. sold some clothes that were absolute no go’s to  platos closet

got 21$ bucks lol, got a few groceries and a snacks and here i am :)

Choosing today to make it a great day!

Went to bed super early have a great nights rest

protected my energy by not hanging with sarah and resting

it’s been about a month since things have been so different.

I made a few choices that made me travel the road of shame again. It’s been a while. Parts of me know there is a deep sense and yearning of change in my life.

 I want positive change.

Strength and courage

LESS stress.

I want to be happier.

Thriving  at 28 now.

I dont want to live in the dark any more. I want to challenge myself.

I want to be a better me.

I want to be a new version of myself.
