Pain Points= carrying flowers with other ideas, trying to pay and get car keys out with only one free hand, finding room in vehicle to safely store the flowers during transport

insights- flowers have to be covered in a plastic bag so they won't die from the cold winter air

PERSONAS

1. Jack is 27 years old and he works in advertising.  Him and his girlfriend have been dating for 6 months. Jack lives in a downtown loft.  In his free time, Jack is a big romantic and he enjoys spending time writing his own songs and playing his guitar.

2. Johan is 33 with a busy corporate job.  Him and his wife live in a modern house in the suburbs with their one year old baby girl.  Johan gets together with coworkers, clients and friends to sip on high end scotch, enjoy a Cuban cigar, and play a couple of hands of poker.  Johan loves his wife, but due to his busy life style, sometimes has a hard time expressing his feelings.
