Burpee bruises suck!
My class got to host Fitter Than A 5th Grader and it was ton's of fun! 122 ten year olds made for a very busy day. Checking blood pressure and heart rate, beep test, sit ups, push ups, long jump, vertical jump, sit and reach... we got lots accomplished in a couple hours.
Hands hurt like a bitch after some rope climbs and kipping!
I don't do it often but I love working on the rings.
Now that I've learned how to climb a rope I just can't get enough!
