It is critical to the Kinn/Porsche romance that they are equally matched in fighting ability. Because the first part of that story takes place in a coercive context, it needs to be crystal-clear that Porsche is not and never will be physically afraid of Kinn, or that would cast doubt over their ability to renegotiate that relationship in E6.
