Solidarity 💖💛💙 💖💜💙
Apparently “bi and pan solidarity only exists on the internet”. This isn’t the case. What you see above isn’t an anomaly.
Is the idea that bisexuality is bad and anti trans prevalent in irl queer spaces? Yes. It’s goddamn everywhere.
The difference? The people doing this crap offline, while some are pan, are largely cis gay and straight folk who just want to trash bisexuality while pretending it’s “allyship” to trans folk, and you can bet they don’t give a single flying damn about pan or trans folk outside of that. In fact, they actively want to divide us so we’re an easier target. It’s the same online, but it’s much easier to make it seem like it’s mostly *us* doing it on here.
Bi, pan, and trans folk loving and supporting each other is a radical act, and not at all as uncommon as this blue hellscape and other hellsites make it seem.
HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
I think Tilly is reaching maturity, as she seems to be picking her sex… I don’t think she’s decided yet though, as she has eye wrinkles (sign of a male) only on one side, and it’s mainly one wrinkle lmao. Although she has also started to develop a line down her belly, another sign that she’s chosen to be male. If the line gets darker and she develops more eye wrinkles, then I guess I have to throw a gender reveal party for her (or by then, him)!!
Oh, I almost forgot to tell you guys… Tilly chose his sex! He has very clear eye wrinkles around both eyes and has developed a darker line down his belly. I can’t believe he ‘came out’ as a boy during Pride month… perfect timing Tills
EVERYBODY BLOW A KISS TO MY TRANS FISH
Me, choosing a topic of the conversation:
Mama didn’t raise a quitter but she did raise a homosexual and and an idiot
And here’s animated version from this painting that I forgot to post. Of course, inspired by paints and colors. Enjoy!

So, after a veeeeery long break of absolutely no posts, I'm going to use this as more of a personal blog about my journey. Meaning there will be lots of queer and trans memes, and info about my transition.
PLEASE REBLOG
ATTENTION THOSE IDENTIFYING AS TRANSGENDER/TRANSSEXUAL
Myself and Tilted_Pictures are partnering up to shoot a project based on the transgender experience and are looking for trans people willing to take part in being videoed, interview style (minimal speaking required).
This is such a fantastic chance to raise your voice in terms of your personal experience. The project is titled “I’m trans, but I’m not…” and will involve trans people talking about what being transgender does and doesn’t make them, addressing common misconceptions about the transgender community, and helping people understand us as individuals outside of our transness. Regardless of whether or not you’re on the shy side or ready to be outspoken about your transition, we are really keen to access all parts of our colourful community!
If you are interested, please email us directly at [email protected] directly. You must be able to travel to the London/Greater London area (location TBC).
This will be a really exciting project and a great opportunity to communicate within the queer community, so please speak up if you would like to be a part of it!
It’s been three months on T. I feel so good and happy with all the small steps I’ve made ! - Alex
Hello - I'm situated in the UK and have a couple of binders to give away. Given that MORF's binder scheme is out of service, I was wondering if it would be alright to advertise here. Postage and everything is completely free - you can find more details if you follow the trans tag on my blog. It should be the only post. Thanks.
Done and done, hope this helps you out!
(UK) Binder Giveaway
I’ve got a size Small Underworks Tri-top binder and a slightly shrunken size Small GC2B half binder (hence why I’m giving it away - accidents happen), which might be worth a shot if you measure up as an XS. You can find sizing guides on the Morf and GC2B websites.
If they don’t fit, it might be worth doing the same as I have - for the love of god don’t throw them away unless they’re broken, there’s a lack of binders in the UK as it is.
Postage is completely free. Returns not accepted.
If you’d like one or both, you can DM me using the Tumblr messaging service, or my email is [email protected].
Struggling with depression and gender dysphoria at uni
Sometimes I'll wake up and know instantly that it's not going to be a good day but other times I'll be taken by surprise when an episode sneaks up on me. Everyone's experience is unique but lately I can't even predict what my episodes will be like. A few months ago I would have easily said to you that my depressive episodes make me feel numb and I often lay on my bed with my eyes closed or just stare at nothing. I also would have told you that my dysphoric episodes make me feel like I want to cry, and scream in frustration at the same time. But now, they're both meshed into one and my gender dysphoria will almost definitely trigger my depression. For the first time since I started university I had an episode today. It began with numbness and delved slowly into frustration until I was twitching and needing to move. When it calmed down I took myself into the communal kitchen because I was worried about what would happen next. How on earth do I explain this to my flatmates though?

First Charing Cross Appointment
It's been a while since I last made a post, but today I had my very first appointment at the Charing Cross GIC! Here's a quick summary of what happened so that you guys can get an idea of what to expect: 1. The appointments are usually running a bit, or very, late. You should allow time before and after your appointment in case there is a long wait, and to sort out any documentation with reception. 2. The clinicians are all very friendly and give you so much information that you all of your (relevant) questions are likely to be answered before you can even ask them. 3. You may need a 2nd appointment before hormone therapy is prescribed because you must "be assessed by 2 psychiatrists or a psychiatrist and a psychologist before hormonal treatment is recommended". However, I had attended a full course of sessions with 2 psychologists at Tavistock before I turned 18, therefore my clinician, at her own discretion, agreed that the next step for me would be HRT. 4. Before you can be prescribed testosterone you will be given a form for a blood test. This can be done at your GP surgery/local hospital, or you can walk down the road from the GIC to the Charing Cross Hospital which takes less time to send the results back to the GIC. I chose to get the blood test done then and there at the Charing Cross Hospital, but be warned, the wait time can be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. 5. Lastly, you will be given lots of leaflets and sheets of information regarding your transition (for example, HRT, chest surgery and gender recognition certificates) and you can be booked in for your next appointment at reception. In most cases (including mine) the second appointment will come around 6 months later although times can vary. I hope this was helpful for some people, if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me!
