as someone who has an OC that uses smalltext, uses icons, never godmods, and doesn’t fit into the mold that tumblr has stereotyped OC’s into, it’s very difficult for me to find people who want to roleplay with me. and furthermore, it’s frustrating that i’m forced to roleplay with people i don’t really want to just because the people i do want to roleplay with are ignoring me. i’m not saying you can’t be picky, on my canon blogs i’m picky too, just…reblog if you actually talk to OC’s and look at them before stereotyping them.

Greed is such a funny character to me because there’s no attempt by the FMA fandom to excuse his shitty behaviour or downplay his villainy like you see with plenty of fan-favourite villains in other fandoms who’ve done way worse (Loki comes to mind). Like we’re all fully aware that he’s a asshole who planned world domination and we all straight-up revel in the fact that he’s a massive trashlord, but at the same time talking about all the terrible shit that happened to him is one of the fastest ways to get this fandom upset because good lord he was also so so good and he didn’t deserve what happened at all, like I’ve never seen a character who so perfectly fit the label “sinnamon roll” and he was wonderful and deserved better.

make no mistake i’m always 110% behind greed & ling meeting under different circumstances than the ones presented in canon but also i love everything they went through together? and when greed just.. lived at the end? they got their separate bodies and he just? went back to xing w/ ling & lan fan. he’s just there in xing, alive, causing a ruckus. that’s great. a great thing that happened. canonically. beautiful
