Percival absolutely has been planning your birthday for a while. Everything has been planned from the start and he wants it to go smoothly for you
He makes sure everyone remembers that it is your birthday and reminds them that this is YOUR day, HIS PRECIOUS LOVER AND CAPTAIN AND VASSAL-
He starts your day off by preparing a nice breakfast he made for you. He did his best to create your favorites, and he brings it to you in bed so you can enjoy it
Wants to do all of your favorite things. The whole day is about you, so when you dock on a very lovely island, you two go exploring. He treats you to whatever you wish, and you two have a great time.
The day isn’t over, so he ushers you back to the Grandcypher for the evening, where your crew has set up a massive party for you on the deck! A majority of it was planned by Percival, and the others eagerly are showering you in gifts and birthday wishes.
