There’s nothing like losing a random friend you make while speeding down the highway with them.
It’s been awhile
Hello Everyone! I hope you're all doing well. This has been one whirl wind of a summer, Not only did I get to attend Warped tour 2016 with my best friend, I got to do some other pretty sweet things too.
First of all, I lost a whopping 35 pounds!! I started with changing up my eating habits such as going to Subway instead of Burger King when I was on the go, or at work. I also started drinking those Protein Shakes for breakfast. I know what your thinking...”Ew, why would you drink those??!!” Well you know what they don't taste as bad as you think, plus they have 20 grams of Protein. If you want to give one a try I defiantly suggest the Atkins Brand, I've been drinking the Dark Chocolate Royal. One day I stopped at the gas station, and tried one of those Monster Energy Protein drinks and OH MY GAWD! I think Monster should stick to energy drinks. Any ways here I go getting off track. Along with changing my Diet around and getting more Proteins, I also started working out more. I started walking more, Hitting my 7500 step goal most days of the week. Since I live out in the sticks I also invested in some workout DVD's and started using them 3-5 times a week, and sometimes twice a day. I tell ya what a great feeling to finally get that back off, I can do more, my jeans fit better. I'm not even at my goal yet, so I'm going to keep aiming for my goal, and I'll keep all of you informed about my journey.
I started smoking Cigarettes again....I know “WHYYYYYY!!!” well I've been going threw some stress, and I just broke down and picked up this bad habit, again. I'm going to try to quit again before Thanksgiving. “Why don't you just stop buying them?” you ask. Well for people who have smoked a long time, I just find it a habit to ask for them when your checking out then by the time you get out the door you realize you bought them. Especially tough for me when I'm buying my moms smokes too.
To cap off my summer, my friend Niccole and I took a trip to go see our favorite band play in Philadelphia. The trip was great, besides the fact that we didn’t get to see Ballyhoo play, I'll get to that in a few. So we get to our hotel and get all checked in and go off on an adventure to be tourist. We got to see the Liberty Bell, the Rocky Statue and even made it up Rocky steps, Parking on the other hand was super shitty, as it usually is in a big city. We got back to the hotel, got ready for the show and called our Lyft driver. Before we left the hotel room we did some Moonshine shots, but unfortunately our Lyft Driver Killed my buzz. Once we go to the show I made the mistake of Drinking too much too fast and found myself in the bathroom. Thank God for Niccole she was a trooper and helped me, even got our Lyft ride back to the hotel. The next day She picked where we went, and we ended up in Atlantic City, my first time at the ocean. It was great we gambled a little bit, collected Shells at the beach and I even walked in the ocean. Although neither one of us came prepared for the beach we made the best out of it.
Well there's my summer in a nutshell, I hope that all of you enjoyed yours, and that your fall is going just as good as your summer or better. I'm going to try to be on here more, hope you had a good read in My Humble Abode.
Today I start this 21 day plan, we will see if I can get these arms toned up a bit 😄
It's been awhile Tumblr, been busy this summer between Warped Tour, bonfires and working out I haven't had much time to write. Summer 2016 has been a great one 🙂
Just got home from my mile walk, feeling great
weight loss journal 1
So since I have moved back home I have started trying to lose weight again. When I moved back home I weighed 340, and in the last week I have lost 6 pounds, going on 7. Before I moved out I had lost it all and weighed 270 and when I moved to the city I gained it all back. Now its time to change and get back to where I was.
I Have started eating better, going for walks, and this time I have started using Daily Burn to help me get back into a routine and having someone talking me threw it makes it easier. I have also noticed that my walks with my dog are getting better and longer. It also helps when she behaves herself lol, with every walk she and I take she behaves better.
There are a few Apps on my phone that I also use to help keep me on track, such as Lose it and ZOVA. Lose it is a tracker, and a community. You can track what you eat and your exercise, it also counts your steps, and is compatible with FitBits and devices like that. The community is great, there are forums and you can talk to other people who are going down this path as well.
Zova is alot like Daily Burn, its an exercise app that guides you threw exercises. The exercises on this app are easy and quick. You can do them at home in an apartment or even outside. If you have an Iphone you can connect all of these apps with your Health App and they can input your burned calories right onto the Lose it app.
Anyone else on a weight loss journey?

HI!!!! I know I haven't been a good blogger, been kinda struggling with writers block. I can't decide what to base my blog about because I would like to have a theme for my blog. I've also been dealing with a lot of personal drama, and trying to figure out what my next step is. I recently move back into my moms because I wanted time away from where I was in the "city". I also wanted to use this time to meditate on what I want to do with my life. I'm 27 and still live in the same area I grew up in. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's a bad thing but it's just not where I thought I would be at this age. Along with being back home I have also started eating better and doing some workouts. Which has been helping me sort some things out but also keeps my body busy. I wish my room was like 10-20 feet bigger just so I had enough room to move Freely. Mind you I'm 6ft tall so I also would like the ceiling raised a little bit. How's everyone doing? Do you have any suggestions on what kind of blog I should make? 😘
Today has been brought to you by Cuttwood's Boss Reserve 3mg. At first I questioned this juice, only because I'm so use to fruity flavors in my vape. I took the leap and gave this a chance, and it did not disappoint. A sweet golden grams taste and a sweet cereal smell it was like smoking a delicious bowl of cereal. If your looking for something different with a great taste I suggest giving this juice a taste. Let me know what you all think.
Rant
The more I look around the more I wonder how i got here, and why am I still here. I’ve grown up in this town and when I was younger I wanted to move away and find someplace better. Yet here I am still, and now I have a bit of debt which is preventing me from doing much of anything. Also working at a fast food place doesn’t help, its not a job that you can live off of.
I guess when I left my full-time job to come to this one I didn’t think a whole lot about the long run. I went from working days to working all nights, from full time with benefits and paid vacation, to “part time” (I work 40hrs a week and its still counted as part time), no benefits, and no vacation. My manager from my old job warned me about this, told me that I shouldn’t go, that I should have thought about it more. I have to stop living in the past tho, and work towards a better future. I know now that he was right, I know now that I should have thought more about things before acting on them.
Don’t get me wrong I like my current job, my co-workers are great, the job is easy enough, its just there is no room for advancement. Plus all the people I’m working with are a lot younger than I am, which doesn’t help they are all 17-22 and I’m 27.Anyone else out there feel like this too? or in this situation?

Ugh why?!
So tonight I get out of work, and my co-worked and I go and chit chat at the table while were waiting for my ride to show up. Were hanging out for about ten minuets or so, and this car pulls up. Mind you were closed and all the lights inside are turned off. My co-worker and I are sitting there laughing thinking that they are going to go try the door. Nope they don't try the door, instead the lift up the ash tray by the front door and look in it for Cigarettes. -_- Like come on now, REALLY??
I know people go to great lengths for an addiction but come on now, to make it better they were driving a decent car too. Even at my lowest low I wouldn’t go around checking random ash trays. Not only is that creepy/gross, but you don’t know who’s mouth has been on that, or where its been. At least my coworker and I got a good laugh, and I don’t think they even noticed that we were there until I cleared my throat obnoxiously loud.

Work stuff
I just need to rant a bit and breathe, and don’t mistake me here, I don’t hate my job, I actually like my job. I’m just getting frustrated, like most of you probably reading this, that I’m living pay check to pay check. I work 40 hours a week at a fast food joint, I had a full time job but lets just say I needed out(if requested I will tell you about that in another post), and I’m still living check to check. Recently I found out that someone got promoted over me for a higher up position, which I previously have experience in. It just bothers me because ever since they got moved up and even before hand they didn’t contribute to the team. Even some coworkers have come up to me and have told me how bullshit it is that I got passed up for it.
Not only that they don’t contribute to the team, but every day I come in there is a bunch of stuff that hasn’t been or isn’t done. It’s just stressful coming into a job and the first shift leaves me just flapping in the breeze. Then I have customer complaining about us being out of things or they have an attitude right off the bat. I miss my old job... a lot actually, I had been there for 6 years. I worked first shift and as an opener I tried my hardest to make sure my second shift was set up, all dishes done, things put away, cleaning, trash, and recycling. It’s not like I’m asking for all of that to be done, but at least some of it and make sure there is product on the floor. *Shakes head*
Is anyone else like this or in a situation similar???
Ohh ooh that smell
So as most of you know I quit smoking cigarettes and I have switched to vaping. The transition wasn't too bad. I mean I still have cravings, and some withdrawal symptoms, but those last for awhile anyways. Fortunately my taste and smell have come back, which is great. The other day I had to do everything I could not to gag, I was going out with my friend who happens to be a smoker...a chain smoker at that. I hoped that the knowledge of me recently quitting would detour them from smoking as much in the car. I was not fortunate, not only did she chain smoke the whole time, but the smell. As soon as I opened the door I could smell her overflowing ashtray 😷. I never realized how bad the smell was until that moment, it was so over whelming I had to ride the whole trip with my window all the way down. To top it off she was smoking the entire time too. Don't get me wrong it's her car her life, I'm not saying she's a bad person or anything like that, I'm just saying that I never knew how bad that smell was until then. Granted she could have emptied her ashtray before she picked me up, or rode with the windows down to air out the car.
It’s almost magical knowing you are the only one awake in an entire neighborhood at 2 am.
