Started a new squat cycle today which I like to call the Lodeathstro Cycle 💀🏋. @uhhkristina had her first shot at making her own 12 week squat cycle and she did really well with it. I couldn't be more proud. 7x3 @ 85% - 260lbs 3x8 @ 60%- 185lbs (at CrossFit Transcend)
