A.I. couldn't possibly take my position as court wizard. Have you seen the runes transcribed by Chation-GTPus? They're complete gibberish. They've got rookie necromancers out there resurrecting skeletons by attaching random bones together. Apprentice fire mages casting fireball with gasoline as the primary material component. I saw a young Conjurer attempting to summon a Demon from the seventh circle by dancing around a pentagram and reciting the ritual chant for chain lightning. It's ridiculous.
A Wizard, a Werewolf, a Succubus and a Vampire walk into the bar.
Wizard - I'll have a Fireball.
The bartender smiled.
Werewolf - I'll have a Full Moon.
The bartender let out a sharp exhale through his nostrils.
Succubus - I'll have Death by Sex.
The bartender coughed to try and keep from laughing, but couldn't help it.
Vampire - I'll have- Bartender -A Bloody Mary?
Vampire - No. I was going to say-
Bartender - Devil's Blood?
Vampire - Will you stop that?
Bartender - Of course, sorry. I can tell you're clearly a red wine woman.
Vampire - Well, I was going to order your finest red wine. Now I'm going to have you.
Bartender - Sorry, but I just ate garlic bread.
Vampire, putting on lipstick - Not what I meant, Thrall.
As a Wizard, I get a lot of questions about my best offensive spells. Now, my absolute best spells alter the fabric of reality in a way inconceivable to the human mind, so here's a list of spells that aren't that.
Booze Blast - A great spell for dealing with large crowds, Booze Blast fires out a massive jet of pure Booze. With enough PSI to slice through mountains, this spell wreaks unwraught havoc across the battlefield, cutting down massive hoards in mere moments.
Speak like a drunkard - This spell causes anyone hit with it to become wildly intoxicated, and can cause alcohol poisoning if used properly. Any attempts to sober up will result in the effect increasing in potency.
Chug! Chug! Chug! - When this spell is activated, it conjures a massive raincloud in the sky above the caster. Then, it begins raining their choice of alcohol. Lightning will also be produced.
Vodka Volley - A long-ranged spell, Vodka Volley creates massive darts of Vodka, then fires them in volleys, raining down from above.
Everclear - The most widespread destruction on this list comes from this spell. It creates a massive tornado of Everclear, that is then lit on fire. The tornado will only stop when the spell ends.
Sakè's sake - Upon casting this spell, every drop of alcohol in your body will be converted into a special compound, this compound gives you an immense amount of energy, strength, and stamina. It allows you to do things normally humanly impossible.
Yeager Bomb - The previous statement about Everclear having the most destructive power here was a falsification. In reality, this one does. The massive explosion that results when the orb of Bourbon this spell creates is ignited is second to none. It easily levels mountain ranges, and could probably destroy a continent like Australia. This one is fun.
That's all the spells I'm willing to share today. My gin grimoire is a very secret text.
Only thing worse than Elves? Orcs.
Fucking hate orcs. Cannot fathom how some people find them even remotely tolerable, let alone attractive.
A band of orcs in my local village came in and just started... drinking all the booze. They didn't care what type of alcohol it was, they just chugged it. I watched a vintage I had been aging for two centuries get poured down a beer hose and down the throat of an orc in under three seconds. Centuries of work, gone in an instant. They horrify me.
Only thing worse than Elves? Orcs.
Fucking hate orcs. Cannot fathom how some people find them even remotely tolerable, let alone attractive.
Only thing worse than Elves? Orcs.
I'm casting spells. Absolutely hurling incantations.
*Drunkenly stumbles out onto stage*
You know what I hate about Elves? The fact that they never even bother to ask what type of wizard you are. They see a guy wearing robes with a beard carrying a staff and immediately think
'Oh, that guy must be able to cast fireball"
Well, NO. I'm sorry, Tarnaiell, Eleven lord of the Lingering Kingdom, I CAN'T cast fireball, and I CAN'T cast magic missile. I can cast Water to Liquor, Conjure Yeast, Zone of Sobriety. What do you take me for?
Wizard worm just emerged from a wizarding hole! Lucky you!!!✨🪱🪄🍀
Yes please, little worm friend
Why is the good luck phrased like a threat
Hello, old friend.
Its so sad to see. Young wizards these days know nothing of the ways of wizardry. I've seen grimoires tossed around like rubbish, staves broken over knees in fury, wands snapped by sheer stupidity. The other day, I watched a young witch attempt to turn somebody into a frog, and the best she could do was conjure a frog onsie. I have lost faith in this new generation.
an alcoholic beverage that you constantly replenish with identical mixers and alcohol, to the point where you're unsure any of the initial beverage remains. and yet it is fundamentally the same beverage as it was to begin with. the sip of theseus
This is a forbidden magic. Much to my dismay.
Even when drunk, a wizard must always remember their training.
- Don't drink and cast
- Don't touch the Sceptor of Secrecy
- Always make sure you annunciate your spells perfectly. Even a slight mispronunciation can lead to disaster.
- Make certain that whenever you handle your orb, you do so with great care. Orbs can not only be broken easily, but have very delicate emotions that can be hurt just as easily as a humans.
-Seriously, don't touch the Sceptor or Secrecy
- Never, under any circumstances, should you take off your wizard robes in public. Revealing your casual wear to the world is death for a wizard.
- When casting spells in public, be weary of The Watchers. If they see you, you will be hunted.
And finally, last but fat from least...
- Don't tell anyone any of these rules, except your apprentice.
I can't help but feel as though I'm forgetting something... Eh, probably means it's not important.
A few spells from my grimoire. Since I'm feeling bored, I'll try and find some fun ones for yall.
Boozius Depletius - Drains all traces of alcohol from the target, including that in their bloodstream. 10ft rangez one target, verbal component.
Liquorus Advanteus - Creates a large area of effect. Anyone within the area instantly becomes drunk. Those who are already drunk become even drunker, and those who are impervious to intoxication cannot enter. 20ft sphere, verbal component, concentration.
Spirits of Spirits - Summons ten floating bottles of alcohol, each with its own unique buff or debuff. These are applied through drinking it, or through the user slamming the bottle into you with telekinesis. 40ft range, physical component; bottle x1.
Drunken Phist - Causes the target. to instantly become intoxicated, but also grants them the knowledge of drunken fist. Touch Range, verbal component.
Moonshine - Creates a massive beam of moonlight that turns anything inorganic it hits into pure moonshine. Fifty feet, physical component; moonlight exposure.
These are just a few highlights. My strongest spells aren't included here... I don't think mortals are ready for those.
Remember everyone, alcohol and magic don't mix! So what you're going to want to do is use a little something called 'reckless use of motor vehicles' which is a reactant, meaning it will force them to mix.
Whenever I leave my tower, I ask myself.
"Do I have my staff?" Yes.
"Do I have my robes?" Yes.
"Do I have the orb of Đœþ?" Yes.
"Do I have my apprentice?" Or right, hydra got him. Poor fool.
"Do I have my magic elixir?" If by that I mean alcohol, yes.
"Do I have my actual magic elixir?" If by that I mean more alcohol, then yes.
"No. My elixir. The one that makes you stronger." If by that, I mean even more alcohol, yes.
"Clearly, I don't have my elixir, so I'll just look around for it." That usually results in 1-2 hours of searching before I finally give up and just leave. It's usually around three hours later that I realize the third bottle of alcohol I brought was actually the elixir.
