So after the NFL blackballed Kaepernick, Nike kept Kaep on their payroll as they locked in a new 8-year deal with the NFL then used that money to pay Kaepernick for a new line of shoes/apparel AND pay him an “NFL All-Star” salary… Nike finessed the NFL out of millions & it worked. DAMN.
