Just realised that many gen alpha will not remember a world where global warming has not directly affected them. Like the region I live has had a natural disaster (eg. Wild fire, drought, cyclone) practically every year I have lived here (around 9 years) with multiple greatly affecting the region and needing large cleanup efforts. It's just crazy that natural disasters are still being reported as a once every 20,30, or 50 year event when they're now happening every couple years.

I think watching film and game theory while growing up has affected how I write stories because now I think everything has to be scientifically accurate. I also imagine other writers feel the same way, so in my mind all sci-fi is totally true and possible. The only reason Frankensteins monster is not walking around is the moral implications.

I don't know much about Superman but I think it would be funny if he became emo/goth as a teen therefore getting less sunlight and just not understanding the extent of his powers until the phase fizzled out. Alternatively, him staying alt but getting more sunlight and the Clark Kent/Superman devide is just even more unbelievable.

I have like 5 pencil sharpners for some reason and somehow the only one that works correctly is plastic, shaped like a heart and came from a Christmas cracker. Sometimes the best art supplies are the ones you get for free.
