はじめまして、cuo3といいます。

cuo3は、あざらしのかたちをかたどったアルファベットの羅列です。

生きるのは大変だけれど、少しでも安心できることや救われることがあったらいいなと思います。私は、食べることと描くことにこれまでもずっと救われてきました。

気持ちを言語化することもなんとなく心が楽になります。

ここには、そんな私が楽になれることを少しずつ、書き留めていきたいと思っています。

外国のユーザーの方が多いと思うのでなるべく英訳をくっつけるようにしていますが、英語が苦手なのでおかしな翻訳になってしまっているかもしれません🥲(英訳はアプリを使用しています)どうぞよろしくお願いします🦭

Nice to meet you, I’m cuo3.

The name “cuo3” is a string of letters shaped like a seal.

Life can be difficult sometimes, but I hope we can all find little things that bring us comfort and make things feel a bit easier. For me, drawing and eating good food have always been sources of comfort and support. Putting my feelings into words also helps me feel a little lighter.

I’d like to use this space to slowly collect and share the things that help me get through life.

I think many users here are from outside Japan, so I try to include English translations whenever I can. However, English is not my strong suit, so some translations may sound a little strange. 🥲 (I use a translation app to help me.)

I’m not sure what makes it “deluxe” since I don’t have the regular version to compare it with.

It comes with three pork cutlets. As I eat, I rest the cutlets on the lid to get to the rice underneath.

There’s no way I could fit all three pieces in one bite, but I try stacking two together anyway.

Then I shovel in the rice that’s soaked with the sweet, savory sauce.

旅行先で食べた料理や、お気に入りのお弁当の写真をトレースしたイラストも投稿しようかな。文字も入れて。どうしても入れる文字は日本語になってしまうけど、キャプションに英訳を書くつもり。

I might start posting illustrations traced from photos of meals I had while traveling, or from bento lunches I really enjoyed. I’d like to add text to them as well.

The text will inevitably be in Japanese, but I’m thinking of including English translations in the captions.

Aji-Fry Backpack

何もかも捨てて、どこかに逃げたいと思う時がある。

何もかも投げ出したくなる時がある。

そういう時にふと、夕飯にお母さんが作ってくれた大きなアジフライのあたたかさを思い出したりする。

全てを投げ出すことはできないと、痛感する。

子供のときからずっとそうだ。

勉強のこと、お金のこと、それぞれ悩みは違っても、少しだけここに置いていって、好きなものと、心の中に染み入るあたたかさだけ抱いて、お出かけする日があっても良い。

Sometimes, I want to leave everything behind and run away somewhere.

Sometimes, I feel like giving up on everything.

And then, out of nowhere, I remember the warmth of the giant aji fry my mother made for dinner.

In moments like that, I realize all over again that I can’t simply abandon everything.

It has always been that way, ever since I was a child.

The worries may change—school, money, or whatever life puts in front of us—but perhaps it’s okay to set them down for a little while.

To leave our worries here for a while, and step outside carrying only the things we love and the warmth that lingers deep within us.
