How do you ask for help?

My mental state is so far gone that I hope for some sort of terminal illness or addicent to take my life.

Don't take me to the hospital. Don't give me treatment. I want to go. I don't want to be here anymore.

If my family asks me what's wrong, I have to lie and say that I'm ok because if I say that I want to die I get the "what do you have to be depressed about?" Which is a troublesome question since it makes it seem that my troubles are invalid since others may suffer more and I just need to deal with it better.

I hate myself. There are more people in my life that dislike me and deal with me than there are those that like me.
