Sim City Bricks

This is “Sim City Bricks” from the Old downtown of Euroville. A 30x60 lot with a classic style and red bricks walls. This building have 9 floors (only 7 are really functional) with 12 apartments. The apartments rent is between $2.263 and $2905 simoleons per week

On the first floor there is an beautiful entrance Hall with sofas, piano and a indoor garden, a library, 2 bathrooms and a garden on the back.

The apartments floor all look the same and there is 2 apartments per floor. with 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Hope everyone enjoy this building. and fun fact! Doing this building I discovered that The Sims 2 has a limit of 2000 walls per lot! LOL cuz the building was suposed to be taller! So Byee!

Container Mini Mall

So this is an community lot from the Industrial revitalizes district of Euroville. Its an mini shopping mall with 5 shops and an outside area. some of the shops are only decorative and some are functional. 

This lot I made inspired by a picture I saw on google of an lot from Sims 4, so the inspiration credits go to “ Pyrenea”

This lot have two floors and, a small playground on the back and 4 shops. an petshop, clothes shop, bakery/coffe shop, tropical food bar and a ice cream shop.

Industrial House II

Hey, this house is “Industrial House II” from the revitalized industrial district of Euroville. this house have furniture and is by the price of $60.240 simoleons

The house have 2 floors, one bedroom, one bathroom and an office (that can also be used as another bedroom)

Since I am new on sharing my stuff, Dee Broughton gave me some tips, and now I’m using the clean instaler to remove some randon mods and recolors that came with the first 3 lots I posted. So I updated the file and I believe now is working better without those things that were not being used. So hope you like it and if there is something wrong with the file, just let me know! any feedback is really helpful! thanks! :D

Ringford Residential

Hello hello hello! This is “Ringford Residential” located in the suburbs area of Euroville, I made this building inspired by an random building I saw in London years ago that I believe the street have the same name, “Ringford”.This building has 6 apartments and the rent price is between $2028 and $2537 simoleons

This building have 2 apartments per floor. The apartments all look the same and have 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. (depending of the side you choose)

Palazzo Apartments

Hi everyone! So, this is ‘Palazzo Apartments” from the old/classic district of Euroville, I made this building some years ago (even before I started to donwload custom content, later I added some to the decoration) and is inspired by a building with the same name from SimCity 3000, that I used to play when I was a kid.

there is 6 apartments and the rent price is between $1880 and $3692 simoleons!

On the first floor there is a reception with 2 elevators (No stairs, judge me), a gym and a gaming room.

2 apartments per floor and they all look the same, 3 bedrooms and 2 beathrooms.

The last floor apartment is bigger, has 2 floors, 4 HUGE bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (yeah, I know, I should have done more. but feel free to add more if you want)

McLauren Apartments I

Hi guys! This is “McLauren Apartments I” an small apartment lot from the revitalized industrial area of Euroville. the rent price is between $1584 and $2990 simoleons and has 6 apartments

The first floor, you can find an small interior swimming pool and a gym.

 on the next 5 floor there is only one apartment per floor and they have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

and there is a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
