Anyone ever lose weight and tried to get pregnant at the same time? I just don't want to gain 90lbs during pregnancy! 😭
The process of fitness and weight loss can be hard, especially when you are waiting and scrutinizing yourself trying to see results. Try to think of it in a new light! What you eat has the same result turnaround as delivering a mail package— give it a couple days! When you are eating right and exercising for fitness goals, results are offset by about a week like if you were waiting for your paycheck (this applies to bi-weekly paychecks too! All bodies work different)
So next time you eat, know that I’m a couple days it will become a delivery of nutrients to your body. When you are working out and eating clean and start to feel discouraged just remember that next paycheck is gonna be awesome.

2020 has kicked my family's ass. Between my husband losing his job and finding a new one, the death of my grandmother, a wreck, and my switch to Teletherapy I'm OVER IT and I'm over eating. I'm finally getting a sense that I've got my life back under control. Starting with food and work.
Found this bag of veggies that had teriyaki sauce in it. Looked good so we gave it a try! Y'all, add some chicken to it and it's sooo good.

Yellow Squash, zucchini, onion, green onion stirred in with garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, and soy sauce and a little bit of general tso sauce. 😋

Dinner: Spring mix and iceberg salad with broccoli slaw, hard boiled eggs, sliced almonds, feta cheese, grilled chicken tenders, and green goddess dressing!
Dessert: strawberries, blueberries, coolwhip, and white chocolate chips.

My gym has done this really cool thing where she sets up a station and we stay only in our station. If we need weights we get them and we are the only one to touch them. At the end we clean off everything. Y'all it was the most effective workout I've had in a while! 💪🏻
Holy moly, cardio is hardio.
Losing weight is exciting. Seeing positive change is exciting. Reaching your goals is exciting. So just keep going.
I am a boss at sleeping. 😎 With so many things going wrong right now, I gotta focus on the things my body does well! Any and all prayers and good vibes sent our way would be appreciated as my hubby looks for a new job!
Pro diet tip: be so lazy that you don't want to get up off the couch even for the cookie dough you've been craving all day.... 💪🏻
