Slept in....
so today i slept in. I work night shifts so I go to sleep at 10am and wake up at 7pm...or at least i try to. I went to bed at noon today and woke up at 9. i had no time to do morning yoga, no time to do anything productive :(

Slept in....

Feeling Guilt
Today I baked a cake. As a baker it’s something that I do often. And I had a slice. Which is not a bad thing...but I still feel guilty? Like I shouldn’t at all. It’s one slice and I’m not over budget. Heck it’s the first thing I ate today...But why do I feel soooo guilty?

How do I stay motivated?
I work long hours at a high labour job. when I get home I dont want to work out...when I wake up I want to save my energy for work...how do I keep myself motivated??
Starting new
So I haven't posted in god knows how long. but i feel like i did best when i posted on here. So here I go. I am now 254lbs which is the heaviest I have ever been. I don't know what I would do if i ever got to 260. I have been in a depressed rut lately so i figured I would give this a try again.
This is your nightly reminder that you cannot magically put on 5 or 10 or 15 or 3 pounds immediately after a big meal, a dessert, or even after a day’s worth of eating. It’s your mind playing games with you. Stop looking in the mirror and checking yourself after you eat. You’re beautiful. Your body is magnificent. Your body doesn’t just shape shift in minutes. That’s those little silly voices in your head. Tell ‘em to SHUSH
So I’m down to 244 which isn’t near down to 197 like I got down to before but it’s getting there from where I started this second time around and I am totally seeing changes in my body!!! Check out that boootttayyy!!! Lol
In the six months you’ve been saying you want to start making changes, you could have already made hella progress. There is no perfect time to start living the life you want to live. Start today, and you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come 6 months from now.

So um...
I haven’t been on here...for almost a year...I fell off the band wagon....I’m almost 240lbs. And I hate myself. I hate being like this. I hate having NO self control. I know no one reads this. Especially since I haven’t posted anything in a while...but I want to try again. It’s going to be hard, if not harder because I live with my boyfriend who feeds my well...hunger. But I’m going to try my best. My goals are going to be smaller and more obtainable. Maybe this time I won’t fail.Â
Bloating. It happens to everyone. Me when I got up this morning VS me after 5 hours of yoga and two slices of deep dish pizza in Chicago. Did you know your muscles retain water after working out which actually makes you more bloated? Fun fact for ya. Same underwear, same pose. Just bloat. Obviously I didn’t gain like 20 pounds in a day. I’m also about to start my period. So yeah, there ya have it. Don’t freak because you had a bad eating day or you’re pmsing or your sodium intake was high and you look in the mirror and see something bigger. It’s not real or permanent. The wonders of the human body.
