Whether the other caught up to her or not, Mary didn’t care at the moment. With labored breathing, the girl slowed her pace and glanced over her shoulder. “Tag me if you want. I need a second.”

— ✴ alecto stopped beside mary, tapping her shoulder gingerly, “ take your time, ” the slytherin shrugged. “ if you want to do something else, we can. ”

Andromeda heard the screams before seeing what was actually going on. She had barely even heard what Alecto said before she looked at the girl screaming and then back at the Carrow twin. “What happened?” She asked curiously as she kept looking at the girl with antlers.

— ✴ “ someone hexed her and now everyone’s decided that screaming and panic is a better plan than going to the hospital wing, ” alecto rolled her eyes, judgement laced into her tone.

**oh !! Is that kat mcnamara ?? no that’s actually alecto carrow. The 17 year old slytherin is currently in her 7th year. I’ve heard that the pureblood can be petty & vindictive, but also determined & cunning. If they had a theme song it’d be sweet but psycho - ava max.

alecto is The Worst™

she’s the younger carrow twin, & she was virtually ignored as a child, unless amycus wasn’t there for her parents to pay attention to, in which case the attention was on her. but it was never good. they would abuse her

alecto was always mischievous in school, but she excelled in her classes and no one ever believed it was her, especially when some of her own pranks began to happen to her as well and she was good at playing the innocent act. she was manipulative and petty, and when something happened, she’d get whatever little bit of revenge she felt like getting.

she’s very intelligent, and very determined, if she wants something, she finds a way to get it.

early in her sixth year, she was assaulted by an older boy, who accused her of leading him on. he left her bloody in the closet he’d assaulted her in, and she had to dress and drag herself to the hospital wing before anyone saw her. the boy was popular, and the first person she told didn’t believe that he’d done such a thing to her, and it was dismissed. so she didn’t bother telling anyone else, because she had a reputation to uphold, and she didn’t want to be seen as weak.

but a few months later, she cornered him, demanded to know why he’d done it. she left him in a terrible state, where he ended up in the hospital for broken bones, but she obliviated herself from his mind. unfortunately, she accidentally wiped his mind of a good portion of his studies, as well. the doctors weren’t able to undo the damage she caused, however, and he wasn’t able to inform anyone on who had done it, so she got away with it.

now, she’s a seventh year, almost done, and she’s studying to become a curse breaker. she still gets exceptionally good grades, and she’s part of the quidditch team. she’s grown quite strong over the years, strong enough to be a beater on the slytherin team

— ✴ alecto rounded the corner just as the shrieks began. really, it was their own fault. the group had been blocking the corridor, and none had so much as budged when alecto had asked them to move. so she’d turned around and left. after hexing the girl who’d snapped at her. she had a clean record. she’d yet to be caught, and therefore, the professors would believe it had been someone else, or she’d been framed. especially when she heard one of the girls start going off on someone else for it. “ really, you’d think that instead of screaming at everyone in the vicinity, they’d just go to the hospital wing. it’s not like madame pomfrey can’t get rid of the antlers, ” the younger carrow twin muttered, glancing up and shooting the person in front of her an apologetic smile when she nearly bumped into them.

— ✴ “ what ? ” alecto looked up from her book, eyebrow arching at the younger slytherin.
