My favourite genre of Spirk is Leonard McCoy eternally suffering.

McCoy: Alright, let’s hear it.

Spock: Elevated heart rate and respiration rate, reduced blood flow to the stomach, increased capillary blood flow to the face, increased blood pressure. 

The images show several vignettes of Spock interacting with Jim, causing him to have a pounding heart, butterflies in his stomach, a blushing face, etcetera… 

Spock: I believe I am suffering from a form of hormone imbalance that causes my fight-or-flight response to be unnecessarily triggered by innocuous stimuli, such as the captain touching my shoulder or challenging me to a game of chess.

McCoy looks at him in disbelief, then pinches the bridge of his nose.

McCoy: Get out of my sickbay.

The truly remarkable thing about Leonard ‘Bones’ McCoy is that no Trekkie tells you about him. You go in knowing about Kirk and Spock obviously because they’re literally inescapable and then BOOM surprise you’re now terminally obsessed with the grumpy southern doctor.
