Ohh, how was Rome? See...I wouldn't call it evil, more so part of the big sister job description. I mean, half the fun of spooky season is messing with our younger siblings and getting a laugh from it. It's very entertaining. Although I'm a middle sibling so I also know what it is to have my oldest sister messing with me. She used to chase me around stores wearing the scary masks. A childhood trauma I will never forget. Wow, seventeen years is quite a gap but it's cool to hang out and do those fun things together. Girl, I ain't even done with my halloween feels yet. I need a little break before I switch to Christmas mode and bust out the tree. Give me a couple weeks at least. I do love the holidays though!

It was incredible, as always. The film festival was so much fun and the people are always so wonderful as well. See! I'm glad someone agrees with me! It's all part of the experience. My little brother and sister always seem to get back at me somehow, so I'm not too worried. Plus, I buy them all the presents they want, so I'm good right? The age gap has turned out to be both a blessing and a curse. I got to have all the attention on me for my entire childhood, but I was kind of sad when I realized that I'd be moving out so soon after getting a sibling. It's all worked out for the best though. That's okay. Stay spooky a little while longer. Us Christmas fanatics will welcome you with open arms when you're ready to join us.

Well, as a younger sibling, I have to say yes, you’re a little evil for getting enjoyment out of them being scared! But as a sibling in general, probably not because I’d do the same thing to my sister when she scares more easily than I do. And Halloween is the perfect time for it, after all. You know I don’t have younger siblings or kids, but I’m looking forward to seeing my goddaughter and what costume she’s chosen. i remember doing the same thing to my little sisters -- i was twelve when my one sister was born and sixteen when my other sister was born and i loved scaring them. sure i was protective of them as well, but it was always so funny to me to see them freak out over something i did, or because i took them to a place like a haunted house! it's very much your right of passage as a big sibling though, so i understand! i can't say i'm ready for the holidays yet because i have a lot of other stuff going on right now -- but since i'm going to be a new father for this holiday season, i should probably start preparing. but you put your tree up on the first of november? i don't think i've ever met someone that's done that before! || @cxmimorronehq

As much as I love being on tour, it's kind of wearing me out a bit. Five more days left for the European leg and then there's a two week break. Been debating on taking a little holiday but that might be better once I've done the UK part too. Finally realize that this is the thing I want to do for the rest of me life. Life can't be better. I swear seeing my little brother and sister experience the holidays is better than experiencing them myself. After getting back to LA from Rome, I got to take my little sister to a haunted house this weekend and the looks on her face were priceless! does anyone else have full blown conversations with their dog -- or with any animal, really? it doesn't even have to be your animal, but have you ever found yourself sitting there and talking for a good twenty minutes and then it hits you that you're talking to an animal? because i'm not ashamed to admit that i do that a lot -- and i'm pretty sure layla, my service dog, thinks i'm nuts for having all these conversations with her. and they're not lame conversations like who's the goodest girl, because let's face it, she is the goodest girl. but like real in-depth conversations about things that are going on in my life, or whatever i'm watching on the tv -- or even whatever book i'm reading. and she just sits there, with her head tilted like she's absorbing every word i'm saying and i feel heard. please tell me though that i'm not the only one who does this, so i'll feel a little less strange about it. || @gonehollywoodstarters

would you ever want to have kids?

It's always been a dream of mine to be a mom. I had a great mom to look up to growing up. She's my absolute best friend and I want that with my future children. I was really close with my dad too and I have a wonderful step-mother. I'm not sure if I'm ready for that right now, but I wouldn't be mad if it happened either. Kids and a family are definitely something I want and I hope to be lucky enough to have it one day.

I personally hope you win the Emmy, even despite the show feeling like a personal assault for turning me into a whole mess. Still, you were amazing so it's much deserved! Between that, holding Willem Dafoe's hand, and seeing Beyonce, you really are over there living your best life! I've been wanting to see her in concert for the Renaissance tour too, so I'm hoping I'll be able to! I can't complain about life at the moment since I'm busy working on things for my next album, and still feels a little surreal it'll be out next month.
