anyways heads up elita is repeatedly calling me the r-slur despite me being an openly autistic person and then claiming she ‘means it to mean stupid’. and not as a personal insult despite the fact that

it does have the reputation of being a slur.
and it’s being used in direct response

hm funny how elita claims she doesn’t use that word as a slur but 20 people feel that it is considered one regardless
ELITA CALLOUT
gruselhigh / doviilove / musemeadows / hellrexgn is a pretty big figurehead in the monster prom community. while a lot of people support her, I doubt many know what she actually does and says to people. Somehow, nobody has made a full blown callout on Elita, which is honestly sad, because they constantly use ableist, homophobic, transphobic language, are generally toxic, steal ocs and fursonas for their own oc face claims, and act like fiction can never, ever affect reality.

Exciting news
My Echo results came back from the doctor and they figured out why my heart’s so fast.
Turns out, i have a condition (that im not even going to try and spell) that’s causing one of my valves to not close properly, and thus causing my heart to beat twice as fast as it should in order to keep up with it. It’s actually something pretty common from what they told me!
So long as I keep taking the medicine I’m currently on, I’ll be perfectly fine!
Y’all have no idea how thrilled I am to get the news that it’s nothing seriously wrong with me because heart disease runs in my family and I was so scared that it was something to do with that.

Me whenever i think about gibson.
It’s really interesting bouncing between my muses because
Gibson’s intelligent. Scarily intelligent, in fact. However, it’s often his own pride that ends up getting in his way; he’s a rather equal mix of emotions vs rationality as, although often times he’s right, he refuses to believe and accept other views and ways of thinking until the evidence is wagged in his face.
Avocato is a lot more rational than emotional; because of his past and the way he’s lived, he’s emotionally disconnected from all but a few ( his son being the primary exception to his emotional disconnect ). He’s a cold cynic that, although he has fun with the things he does, he views things more OBJECTIVELY than Gibson. He doesn’t always know if he’s correct, but to him that doesn’t matter so long as he gets the job done.
Tennessee, on the other hand, is more emotional than rational. Although he’s smart as well, he prefers to play fast and live hard; to shoot first and act questions later. He thinks with his heart, rather than his head. He’s a lot more impulsive, a lot more foolhardy, and yet, being so in tune with his own emotions ends up being what helps him; unlike Gibson or Avocato, he can adapt to any situation far easier because he prefers to live in the moment. It’s easy for him to accept what ever happens because he’s of the opinion that life is life; there’s no use moping about it.
