A night out that took a year to plan. Original plans changed a few times. Saturday night was pretty epic. So glad this girlie came with me, my beautiful "daughter"

I used to think "what's so wrong with me that everyone leaves, everyone lies, everyone forgets me, replaces me, hurts me, and they give up on me."

I still think that sometimes but I'm starting to see it differently. I'm starting to think maybe that just my role in life.

I'm not meant to be the one that gets the "happy ending", I'm the one that heals people so they can do what they are meant Todo with who they are meant to do it with.

No matter the kind of relationship, friends or lovers. It's always the way it works. Not gonna lie it sucks but the older I get the more I believe it's ok. I'm fine on my own and I should be grateful for what comes into my life even if it doesn't stay.

It's been a long time since I've done Halloween.

Was supposed to have a semi date today. I was supposed to meet this guy at a restaurant near me. I told him my friend would be there and he said that was fine. (I'm not always comfortable meeting people so she was there to ease things and to make sure he wasn't a creep.)

Anyway we get there and we were a bit early so my friend and I just ordered drinks. He was supposed to show up at noon. 15 minutes go by. Ok no problem maybe there was traffic. Half an hour goes by. My friend and I order. He's still not there.

As a general rule I'll wait 30 minutes. Anything after that it's not happening. I messaged him never got anything back.

I got stood up but that's ok. I had a lovely lunch with my friend. 😂
