Soo 👉👈 I kinda sorta might'ta had alot of fun drawing this... took me a few days; mostly those days consisted of me fadadding this until I was satisfied enough with it KJHDSGDS I think I landed at a spot where I'm happy enough to post!!! Even if it's still rough at parts! :3

BUT YEAH If Hades 2 wont have Patroclus in it officially, I'm gonna implement him in myself...! Well only in static artworks bc I ain't a modder lol

Might do Achilles along with this someday if I'm not lazy and ppl want that lol

Emily Wilson’s passionate reading of this part was the catalyst for sending me down the rabbit hole I’m in now— reading the classics, learning more about Greco Roman history, and learning Latin. I’ve felt since then that I wanted to draw this particular scene in my own way, and inspiration finally struck me yesterday. I’ve finally decided to stop fiddling with it, so I hope you enjoy :’)

I’d love to go back to university and properly study the classics and ancient history, but for now I’m happy following my curiosity wherever it leads me.
