Ever since a sir-tain group of of Bizzy-BRATZ left me out ta dry, I’ve been makin’ plans! What plans are they? Well, hehe!…

1. They were, in fact, kicked out. Fired by capochin himself, the final straw between Cap and Dee was that Capochin called her whole villainy shtick a “phase”
2. That is what Dee is so butt-hurt over when he’s brought up, she will frequently mention “what capochin said ta me”, but won’t elaborate more than this
3. When she was fired, they went on a whole rant shouting about how they didn’t need anyone, especially not the bizzyboys. She regrets how angry she got, but they’d rather die than ever admit that
4. They haven’t spoke to the bizzyboys in over 4 years since then

SHE PRETENDED TO BE NORMAL FOR HER FIRST YEAR WORKING FOR INSPEKTA, she needed a cover so she could plan her plans for world domination, and figured working as a bizzy-boy would be the perfect alibi. She was so good at pretending, she earned Three letters to her name within that year.
However, as time went on, she got more and more bored doing mindless busy work and “Good Deeds”, and over the course of another year, she snapped and showed her true colors
This was a subtle progression, mostly involving her talking back and bickering with Capochino
