i dont know how to feel about jax's ending. i feel like they could have made her take accountability for everything instead of just. oh she's dead. also i don't like that her transness was implied, like i felt like it was HEAVILY implied but it could have been more obvious, also don't let the suicidal transgender character kill themself??? hello??? idk it didn't really sit right with me BUT WHAT DO I KNOW RIGHT

anyways im not the aìonly one that noticed the screen turning literally pink while ragatha and pomni were hugging and the camera spun around them right? like that was romantic as hell... you friend just died dont?? dont enter a relationship rn??? (im kidding do it do it 123 i want yuri)

that's all that's my rant about the movie, it was a really great experience everyone was super chill idk why people online are such drama queens the mc movie was way messier and it had a more mainstream audience arguably. Someone asked me for a photo of my cosplay made in 30 mins before going to the cinema LOL

i am begging you people to learn the meanings of genres before u talk about them. do not be the guy who thinks gorillaz is punk and taylor swift is grunge

i think semantic mistakes like this stem from not being very "well read" musically speaking. you listen to a song, you like it or you have strong feelings about it, and you want to talk about it in a way that reflects your enthusiasm. so you have a go at mimicing the language of critics, which means describing the music, putting it in context, trying to make a point about it

the problem is, this is the only band you've heard in this genre. you don't know the parameters, boundaries, and tropes of their genre. so all you can do is fall back on the 4 or 5 genre names you know about. and then you end up as the guy in the screenshot who thinks tally hall is metal

try going on the rateyourmusic or discogs page for the album you're talking about. those will tell you the actual genre of the thing you're talking about, which enables tou to have conversations with others about it. those sites also have a little blurb about the nature of genre, its history, and a list of notable artists in that space. maybe listen to some of them for a few minutes, so you know what to listen for when identifying the genre in the wild
