Thoughts on pupa: it's shit. The story is unexplained in many aspects and the characters are grossly underdeveloped. Like this one chick is pregnant. Do we ever get an explanation of why and what the children are? Nope. Do we have a conclusive ending? Nope. Do we have a brother who can somehow regenerate and it's never explained? Yes. Do we have an entire episode where the sister bites the flesh off her brother and constantly says "onii chan" in a sexual manner? OF COURSE WE DO! WHAT KIND OF ANIME DOESNT HAVE CANNIBALISTIC INCEST?! So yeah that's my thoughts on pupa. (When I watched it I had no idea what I was getting into. Don't be like this. Arm yourself with knowledge)
