gif 1: Gloria, in her car talking to Maddie, says, “I tried to teach you something important.”

gif 2: Maddie replies, “Oh, here’s a little something I learned” and hangs up the phone and sits down at her desk at the Dispatch Center.

gif 3: Maddie takes a call and realizes it’s Gloria who says, “This call is being recorded.” Maddie gasps in surprise.

gif 4: Gloria continues, “I think I might be having an actual emergency.” Maddie rolls her eyes and responds, “Unbelievable. How did you even?”

gif 5: Gloria explains, “Get transferred to you directly? This is Officer Donnelly. Responding to a 207. I’ve got an 11-58 and need to keep off the airwaves. Can you patch me through to my dispatcher?”

gif 6: Maddie asks, annoyed, “Who is Officer Donnelly?” Gloria smiles brightly and answers, “I made her up.”

gif 7: Gloria explains, “Because I know the system. Until yesterday, I was the system. Buy you took that from me.” As Gloria speaks, Maddie shakes her head in frustration.

gif 8: Maddie purses her lips before calmly responding, “Ma'am, it is against the law to call 911 for non-emergencies. It’s also a crime to impersonate a cop. I’m afraid I’m going to have to report this.”
