My nose twitches. It’s the smell. Cloying and artificial. A dab of white peeks out of a vase of dried flowers on my dresser. I approach it with cautious steps. There, all but obscured by its preserved cousins, is a fresh white rose. Perfect. Down to the last thorn and silken petal.

And I know immediately who’s sent it to me.

Good lord I couldn’t believe I finished it, finally. Once I thought it would be a WIP forever. *weeping* I went about doing this right after the finale of s5 ruined my Christmas. Everything went smoothly until I realized I couldn’t find a better way to portray what I wanted to present. Then…somehow I just got stuck in the process, losing all the enthusiasm for it. Until lately. I picked it up again by chance, and decided to have a try once more. 

Alright, the concept of this set of paintings is a warlock wandering around the world looking for his king, from winter to summer, from the medieval era to the modern times. I’m sorry if it sucks :( It’s all my bad. Also, all the comment, idea and advice are highly welcomed. :D
