A Couple HUGE Ana Tips
1. Crystal Lite is officially your best friend. Add some to your water, and it fills you up when your craving. Most packets are only 5-10 cals, and helps you boost your water intake.
2. Same thing with gum! Get 0 cal packs or packs up to 5 cals per 2 pieces. Helps sooo much to trick your mind into thinking your eating!
3. Be strict with yourself. Whether that means asking for meanspo, staying on top of your diet, or anything else you have to do to make sure you don’t binge.
4. Have a significant piece of clothing as your inspiration. Mine was a crop top my aunt bought me that always showed my fat. Put it somewhere you’ll see it, like hanging on the back of your door.
5. When you want to eat, brush your teeth instead. It’ll make everything taste bad and you’ll get rid of disgusting yellow teeth.
6. Hang out with friends that are skinny. Observe how they don’t eat much, drink tons of water, look amazing in all their clothes. Strive to be like them.
7. EAT ICE! Makes your body think your eating, but your also getting more water in your system
8. Cold foods are best. Your body has to work hard to warm it up to the point where it’s digestible, which burns calories.
9. On that note, sleep in your underwear and a tank top, on top of the sheets, with the air on. Your body burns calories by warming you up.

The other day we were laying in your bed and as you ran your fingers along my sharp ribs and my prominent hip bones and slowly slipped your hand through the thigh gap I worked so hard to achieve you whispered "you're so tiny." My heart fluttered and for a moment I was elated that the weight was slowly shedding off my already small frame. But then on you're next breath you added, "but ive dated tinier girls than you." My heart dropped and I could suddenly feel every pound of my existence, and all of a sudden my existence felt too big for the space I was in, too big for the world. For a moment I hated you, how could you not see the hard work that I put in to be perfect?? But I slowly realized that you were right. I could be tinier, I could be skinnier, I could be more beautiful, I am nowhere near perfect at this size. Your words are sharp and they sting, but one day I will be small enough, I will be good enough, I will be perfect and I will no longer be the object of your torment but rather your love.
