I love Chandler
Mia: Don't you hate that? Vincent: What? Mia: Uncomfortable silences. Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullshit in order to be comfortable? Vincent: I don't know. That's a good question. Mia: That's when you know you've found somebody special. When you can just shut the fuck up for a minute and comfortably enjoy the silence.

tonight, we are young. so let's set the world on fire. we can burn brighter than the sun. so if by the time the bar closes, and you feel like falling down, i'll carry you home tonight.
fun.
"don't get in my head."
"oh, i'm already there. just making a couple poptarts in your mind kitchen."
so i just got the insane urge to go to disney world. first, because i was googling mickey and minnie mouse and they are just too darn adorable. and two, because i'm about to be 27 years old and I'VE NEVER BEEN TO DISNEY WORLD. yup, you read that right. heck, i've never even been to florida. i've been to disney LAND multiple times, but i'm pretty sure that doesn't count.
so, who wants to take me on a disney adventure? don't all raise your hands at once.
thoughts.
today is freaking B-EAUTIFUL.
going to kohl's at lunch means i'm not supposed to have time to try things on and buy them. gah.
a dixie chicks song came on shuffle and immediately brought me back to 2001. time travel is strange.
i better break a hundred in all 3 games tonight.
i am back to living out of overnight bags, circa 2007. and i'm completely ok with it.
i've become so obsessed with finding a place to move to that there's not even anything new posted any time i check now.
baltimore, maryland, i'm coming for you.
you make me smile so much sometimes that my face actually hurts.
i will continue to ignore the unhealthiness of fast food and will eat it every chance i get, because it's just that delicious.
i ordered 5 bathing suits yesterday. let's hope i actually want to keep any of them.
stuck in my head.
I wanna watch you undress
I wanna watch you glow Let your hair down All around, cover us both You come in waves We crash and we roll You surround me, pull me, drown me, swallow me whole
You turn, turn, turn, turning me on Like a slow fire burn I know that it's wrong Still I run, run, run, run right into you Yeah, I run, run, run, run right into you You pull me in close You buckle my knees I shake and I shiver just to feel you breathe You trace my lines Stirring my soul Shoot sparks at the heart of the world and I watch it explode
I watch you, I watch you I’m amazing when you’re beside me I'm so much more And I feel your fingers Pound like thunder And I am so much more I'm so much more Turn, turn, turn, turning me on Like a slow fire burn Know that it's wrong Still I run, run, run, run right into you Yeah, I run, run, run, run right into you Still I run, run, run, run right back to you
RIP: Jan Berenstain, who co-created the beloved Berenstain Bears book series with her husband Stan, passed away Friday after suffering a stroke. She was 88.
Jan and Stan — who passed away in 2005 — published the first Berenstain Bears book, The Big Honey Hunt, in 1962. They were encouraged and assisted by the head of Random House’s Beginner Books imprint, Theodor Geisel (better known as Dr. Seuss).
The couple went on to produce over 300 books in the series, and have those books translated into over 20 languages.

my dad had this same exact mug. no, his name was not Ted, but my nanny (my momma's momma) always called him Teddy, or Ted Beard. seeing this today made me happy and sad and all those feelings you get when you really miss somebody.

slow to trust but i'm quick to love. i push too hard and i give too much. i ain't sayin' i'm perfect, but i promise i'm worth it.
And Then There Were Seven of the Day: “Here in our state we have taken a long and difficult journey, and this is the last step,” declared Governor Christine Gregoire as she signed the bill making same-sex marriages legal in the state of Washington.
The Evergreen State thus joins six other states (MA, NH, VT, CT, IA, NY) and the District of Columbia in recognizing the right of same-sex couples to marry.
The law doesn’t officially take effect until June 7th, meaning opponents have until June 6th to gather the 120,000 signatures necessary to stop same-sex marriages and put the issue on November’s ballot.
In related news, New Jersey’s state Senate today also passed legislation legalizing same-sex marriage, but the Garden State has still a ways to go: Gov. Chris Christie has vowed to veto any same-sex bill that crosses his desk.

It's not about what happened in the past or what you think might happen in the future; it's about the ride for Christ's sake, and there's no point in going through all this crap if you're not going to enjoy the ride. And you know what, when you least expect it, something great might come along, something better than you even planned for.
Mr. Feffer, Along Came Polly
pretty sure this is in my top 5 movies.
