There’s no recess in the UK and Ireland at secondary school level, but I think Europe/parts of it might have it something similar

When I went to the US on exchange they did not have recess. Class started at 7.30AM and went straight on until lunch without stopping.

UK person here, I can’t speak for every secondary school but mine definitely had a break between the start of the day and lunch. You have two lessons, break time, third lesson, lunch, then the last two lessons before the end of the day.

Hace mucho que no estoy por aquí, ¿A qué vine? No lo tengo claro, creo que busco a la que fui, a la que creó esta cuenta, ella era más feliz, aunque no era consciente de eso.

Se vuelve más difícil la vida con el transcurso de los años. ¿Alguna vez sienten que lo mejor ya pasó? Yo siento eso. Ahora solo queda lucha.

Quiero cerrar los ojos y pensar que todo estará bien pero la oscuridad me pisa los talones y grita que va a alcanzarme. O tal vez ya lo hizo y no me di cuenta porque caí en ella estando sola y nadie más lo notó. Las manos que me impulsaban a caminar me soltaron. ¿De quién es la culpa? ¿Mía? ¿De ellos? ¿De todo? No lo sé y tampoco importa... Ya nadie sostiene mi corazón roto. Tal vez en realidad nadie sostiene el de nadie.

Estoy aquí conmigo misma y no alcanza porque nunca me sentí suficiente.

Ojalá pudiera escribir algo más bonito pero hoy sólo vine a derramar palabras en un lugar que tantas veces fue refugio en el pasado.

No sé si aún permanecen ojos que me lean, pero la que fui sigue aquí y hoy quiero que me dé un abrazo.
