The Visual Codex of Sora Mahariel: Part 1

(Note: Hi! I am back from a long hiatus of tumblr and Dragon Age. I am planning to document the adventures of my warden Sora through both the ‘story’ generated screenshots and in character diary entries. I’m not sure how long I’ll do this for but figured I would give it a shot. I am not claiming this as my own original idea as I’m sure it has been done before. Potential SPOILERS)

My clan-mate Tamlen and I found some scared shems in the woods. I suggested immediately to kill them. Nobody else from the clan was around anyway. Before I could release my arrow, they mentioned an ancient ruin filled with treasure.

Of course these bandits were lying. I know these woods and there are no ruins. They unbelievably had evidence however. ELVEN ARTIFACTS?! Tamlen certainly thought they were. Whats the catch then? A DEMON?! At least according to the shem.

We let them go as they had proven to be of use. Tamlen is eager to search the ruins, but I am unsure. This talk of a demon is concerning to me.

This damn mirror let me tell you! We explored the ruins. Giant Spiders and abominable reanimated corpses attacked us. Adding to the air of discomfort that loomed around the cave.

I was taken aback by Tamlens knowledge of our culture. I definitely love this man. Although, the promise ring on my finger already made that clear. We found little reward bar a statue of Falon’din, an old god and this mirror. It was engraved with strange writing, and I immediately felt apprehensive towards it.

Tamlen wanted to take a closer look. I tried to advise him not too, but he was too much of a fool and did not listen. Before I could stop him or even run, the mirror had Tamlen enthralled. With a bang it flung us backwards, and then there was nothing but black......
