I don’t do exclusives. For me I find it takes a lot of the opportunities away to get to know more cool people. If you want to make me an exclusive for something…go right ahead, but I won’t do the same. You’ll simply stay my partner. I want to be able to interact with everyone. That being said, I do mains! That doesn’t really mean anything other than your blog would be the first I tag if I see something that reminds me of our muses, that sorta thing.

If I hear wind that you’re harassing any of my friends you’re done. And if you’re harassing me in any way. I do not put up with bad treatment of my friends or me. I do not liberally use the block button, but I will for that.

I play my characters the way I want to play them, the way I interpret them. So if you don’t like how they’re played, that’s fine, but I’m not likely to change it.

I’m of age so I do smut but nothing too-too graphic. It will be tagged of course.

My threads are for my PARTNER only. Or partners if it’s a threeway. Please do not reblog them. You can like em, you can use the little reply button to say something–if you really want to talk about something that’s happening in them shoot me a message-but do not reblog unless you are said partner. For the love of God, don’t hound me. I’m aware I can take a while to reply, but I have a lot of threads usually at the same time and some I have more muse for than others. Please don’t link me to our thread, please don’t say “it’s your turn” or some sort of variation of passive aggressive harassment. You aren’t going to make me respond faster. You are just going to spark my anxiety and make me resent our rp. If it’s been seven days feel free to message me–not four hours.

Unless you’re a canon character my muse needs to get to know you a bit. C: So it’s unlikely you can just pop up to one of my muses, never having met, like ‘hi, how you been?’ and not have them be like “who da fuck are you"

Shipping

Shipping will mainly be thread-dependent. If you feel like our muses may mesh, go for it!

I will not tolerate hate for what I ship. I don’t need to be told I’m shipping something unhealthy because chances are I’ll state it’s unhealthy and I by no means condone dating a psychopath in real life. Hate will be deleted and blocked.

When it comes to OC ships and any ship really, ship needs chemistry. Do not force a ship onto my muses. They need to get to know each other, and this mainly applies to OC ships–not so much the pr-established characters in the show. If I already ship it, I’m down to jumping straight into a shipping thread.

Crossovers

I am mildly less selective with crossovers since this show is literally…all about crossing over into other media. I’m still selective but not as much. For my own comfort I won’t be rping with characters from the Sonic franchise.

Triggers and Tagging

I know very little about triggers myself and what people consider a trigger. IF you want something tagged you’ll have to ask. I’ll be clueless otherwise, but I will tag all ships. And the basic gore and blood and such. Be aware of the fact I have bad memory problems. If I forget to tag something you asked me to tag I’m sorry, it wasn’t on purpose.

This is an insanely dark show and there will be a lot of blood and gore and horror. There will be torture and killing talk, but it will still be tagged.

Mun Notes

I have serious memory problems. Like, really bad due to a combo of illnesses. Cut me some slack, I’m going to forget rules and probably certain triggers if I’m not used to tagging them. You have no ida how many friggin rule pages I’ve read on this blog. I’ll do my best but I’m going to forget, and probably more than once. It’s not my fault, I’m trying my hardest.

I do not do passcodes. For some reason they make me…severely anxious and I don’t know why. If we rp, I’ve read your rules, rest assured. If you really really depend on a passcode…well, we probably won’t be rping then. ;-; sorry.

I’m a physically disabled person who’s online rather…all the time because I can’t work really. So rp is like all I got going on right now as I work on my animation portfolio at home.

His head tilts a bit at Husk, only moderately curious.

"Go on."

“Mmmm, little of both,” he admits, a teasing grin at his lips. He didn’t think it was a waste of time—it’d been quite funny in his opinion. “I made you a snack.”

He holds out a plate, the outside of it lined with crackers, cheese, and meats. In the inner part of the circle are two round cucumbers with small olive eyes. There’s been the end of a cherry tomato tucked between the two cucumbers to act as a red nose. Coming out from the cucumbers are a couple pretzels, carefully placed in a formation to look like antlers, and a honey dew smile.

Vox followed along as quickly as he could, which was an arduous task when he had no body. Not yet, he was just a hopping head, following along after the one person who he just didn’t want to see, and whose existence he’d tried to ignore since he got here.

“So this the kind of duties you’re reduced to here? Just an underappreciated hotelier?” He made a face at some of the decor. “Why’s there so much circus shit? Even your creepy deer skulls are an upgrade to that. It’s tacky as hell here.”

That first part made him bristle. 'Underappreciated hotelier'.... he had a lot of nerve saying anything when he was just a hobbling piece of scrap metal right now. Alastor may have paused a bit too long about it, finally turning around to look down at the disgruntled face. Both didn't want anything to do with each other, that was apparent in the hallway, but the Radio Demon, might as well be the bigger person about it.

For now.

With the snap of his fingers, one of his small puppets appeared, looming behind the tablet that his former friend was reduced to. It snatched him up with a chitter, holding Vox elevated as if it were a makeshift body. Now he could keep up, and keep up he did.

"Hmph," he could agree with him there. He hated that stupid circus decor. "Lucifer's renovations - had to rebuild it because of the big extermination fight. Why he likes that ridiculous clown nonsense is beyond even me."

They walked a little further, some of the lighting was a bit more sporadic, and a little colder too considering the Hotel was located in Hell. Which means this wing wasn't quite used as often. Meaning Alastor had deliberately took him to a more unused and secluded area, and to confirm that suspicion, the Radio Demon jangled the keys with a wide grin. "Your room, old pal! Don't worry, it's only dark to save the power while we take care of the other residents of the Hotel. It'll fire up later on. For now - hope you brought a screen protector to keep warm for now!"

Vox let off a disgruntled beep, like the sound a computer made when you pressed the shift button enough times consecutively. He scowled as he was lifted, but he couldn’t do much but dangle there like an annoyed light fixture.

As they approached the unused corridor, the tablet of a man felt a shiver deep into his circuits. He looked around, and scowled back at the deer. “This place has like a hundred fucking floors, and there isn’t one available that’s got heating and electricity, and amenities? I find that hard to believe.”

He looked around at the room, that even had cobwebs. “Your little maid hasn’t even gotten to this room, it’s been totally abandoned! I don’t think Charlie would appreciate this. I am a guest after all.” Even saying that made his nonexistent stomach curdle.

Initially Vox had told Charlie she was barking up the wrong tree when she’d tried to get him to open up. He’d had no intention of actually talking to anyone here about anything, let alone some stupid girl that just saw him as a project, and another possible sinner to add to her weekly quota of redemptions. (Fat chance.)

As it turned out, he was only a drink away from becoming a geyser of sadness. His apathy had truthfully only been another ticking time bomb, his mind playing a game of how long he could bear the anguish silently before breaking down.

“What’s the fucking point in it, Charlie?” He sipped his drink, fists drawn into tight balls as he looked away. His eyes heated up, embarrassingly threatening a much worse version of his tear that day. “You talk about this shit like I have any reason left anymore….I don’t!” A manic giggle left him.

“The Vees will never forgive me, don’t wanna talk to me, and I don’t even really have a company now! They were the only things that…” His mouth wobbled.

They were the only thing that really mattered to him, and he realized too late. He made them collateral damage. They’d never forget that he did, and he’d never forget either.

“And the only other person I have any connection to is too fucking infatuated with his new little flea girlfriend to remember I exist most days.” Baxter had talked to him plenty times in the beginning, and then he just seemed to fade into the background when the fish got too busy. Typical.

“How pathetic is that…when the one I’ve got tied to a fishing line doesn’t even stay…” He laughed again, but it was an ugly laugh now. A watery one. He glitched, trying to struggle back the tears.

“Wish the bomb went off, even if I was the only one it took down. Should just try a more direct approach.”

“I don’t…” His voice was weak, quiet, and so defeated. “…I don’t want to do this anymore.”

Charlie had known it wouldn't be easy. The moment she'd agreed to let Vox stay at the hotel, in spite of everything he'd done, she knew she had her work cut out for her. But it was her duty, her oath that she would never turn away anyone who wanted to stay. She had to believe that redemption as possible, no matter what a soul had done.

So she'd been trying to take it slow with Vox. He was a tough nut to crack ; a sad, broken creature with no desire to open up to her, and no reason to. It would take a long time to earn his trust.

A long time, or the right amount of alcohol apparently.

He'd been sitting by himself in one of the lounges when she'd come across him. After pouring herself a tonic water, she'd come to sit with him, a respectable distance away, and try to engage him in conversation. Simple things, checking in, seeing how he was adjusting. The outpour of emotion seemed to come out of nowhere, though clearly it had been building for a long time.

Charlie's eyes grew wide, her brows drawing together in sympathy, heart aching for him. She couldn't help it. No matter what Vox had done, or had tried to do to her, he was still one of her people. It hurt her to see him suffer.

❛❛ Vox . . . ❜❜ she said, tone colored with emotion. Her instinct was to reach out out to him, but she wasn't sure how he would react, so she ended up pressing her hand to her own chest instead. She sighed.

❛❛ You don't know that they won't forgive you. It takes time to heal. To atone. Maybe they just need . . . more time? ❜❜ Her hands folded in her lap as she looked down at them. ❛❛ And I'm sure Baxter doesn't mean to ignore you. Have you tried talking to him? If he knew how you were feeling, maybe he could find the time to spend with you. ❜❜

His last statements had her biting her lip. Charlie scooted just a little bit closer, ducking her head, hoping that he would meet her eyes. ❛❛ The point . . . Vox, the point is that you owe it to yourself. You can't give up now. ❜❜

She sighed again, tipping her head back and casting her gaze up to the ceiling like she could find the answers there. ❛❛ I understand that you're tired. That it can be . . . so hard some days just to keep moving forward. It can seem impossible, pointless. But, ❜❜ her gaze returned to him, ❛❛ there are still people who care about you. There are still things worth living for. ❜❜

His head hung from his newly constructed shoulders, mouth quivering in a failing attempt to retain his composure. To his mortification, he felt tears sliding down his screen. Yeah, that seemed to be a package deal in this whole severe depression. It was a jump between total apathy, crippling despair, and boiling rage. He found himself on short supply of most emotions these days, unless he got a drink into him.

He and Alastor always had that in common. Their lips were a lot looser if they were intoxicated. Vox swiped at his screen as his chest shuddered, but he resisted the spasm.

“I don’t think so, Charlie. I don’t think there is any ‘healing’ from what I did. I treated them enough like shit, and then tried to kill them. I mean yeah, I was trying to kill everyone, but…they were part of it.”

He….didn’t even know what he ‘tried’ to do that day. So much of how it ended up was pure impulse and mania. He hadn’t been thinking. Strapping himself to the bomb wasn’t at all premeditated, it just happened. He was going to do it. And he would have taken the Vees and Baxter with him if he did.

“What do I care of the small fry’s new bitch is more important than talking to me? He’s chained to me, the fuck would he want to talk to me…”

He always had some sort of excuse for why no one should want to attach themselves to him….all the while hyping up how amazing he was. It was a front, a lot of it. He always needed to create distance. It was the only way he knew how to have relationships.

He looked up as she got a bit closer, but didn’t seem to recoil at the movement.

“Yeah? And who are these people that care? What is this stuff that’s worth living for? …How do you keep seeing beauty and hope in a world that’s got neither?”

I’m such an enigma in this fandom. I’ll disappear for like 3-4 months with no trace and then suddenly appear for like 2-3 days with tons of muse for a new au that I never fully write out, and just babble about it non stop and plot with a few people

“Nice deflecting.” Calling him out on that too. Vox tried not to think of that moment, a microflash of…something that was decidedly not good when he thought of the laser. He squashed it before it could bloom.

“Punch the wall with your tentacles more like, Ursula. Can you like…go?” He shooed and shoved him with his hand. “You’re ruining the whole new ‘ignore Alastor’ vibe I got going on.”

He’s sitting there in the foyer of the hotel, feet kicked up tiredly and scrolling his phone, forgetting his volume has been dialed right up.

“BABY SHARK DOOT-“

“FUCK!” In a panic, face flushed an electronic bright blue he just tosses his phone at the wall and doesn’t look at who’s in the foyer with him. “Y-you didn’t hear shit.”

Angel looked at the wall, then at Vox. Yeah. That same spot's been blown up more times than he could count. But that wasn't the point! Now that Vox was on his turf, it was his turn to make his life Hell!

He gave a smirk, then took a deep breath.

"CHARLIE! VAGGI!! VOX IS BREAKIN' SHIT!!!"

Vox’s mortified blush transitioned to fury when he realized the spider’s angle. “You eight legged fuck face, I didn’t do shit!!” It’d barely dented the wall! “Don’t you-“

“Vox!” Charlie’s voice cut the air, scolding like a disapproving mother. “What have we talked about, with the more healthy outlets to your emotions?” Her almost maternal demeanour contrasted hilariously to Vaggi’s threat.

“VOX! You break that fucking wall, I’m tearing off your face and giving you to Niffty as a tablet!!”

As much as Vox tried to make the Vees a distant memory, they played constantly in his mind. Every interaction on loop. Every late night movie, as they’d laid sprawled out in the dim television light, and every stream of Val’s, where Vox would walk in to see penciled doodles of him and his lover sketched out with hearts. And every moment his processors would whirr and his screen would tinge blue, as he grappled somewhere in him, that maybe what Valentino felt for him was something he could was pathologically incapable of.

And every ‘I love you’ from the moth that had ever been, unreciprocated as he’d find a way to awkwardly laugh it off.

“It’s just—no, of course you didn’t do anything wrong, Val. It’s just…saying that during sex is a real fucking boner killer, you know?” How he’d shrug off the disappointed confusion from his business partner as he’d turn away so he wouldn’t have to see those sad eyes.

“What do you mean? I’ve said…that to you, didn’t you see the heart emoji I sent??”

The truth was, Vox was coming to realize that the Vees…that Val, deserved better than him. He knew it wasn’t just his depression talking there, because honestly that was the only thing in his clouded mind that made sense. He’d never even told Val that he loved him. He’d never called him his partner. Had he even called them his friends out loud?

If all this hotel redemption shit was about introspection, than the truth was the only thing he’d really been able to reflect in this time, was that he was unneeded, and had only been holding Valentino back…He’d been holding them both back. Maybe that wasn’t the conclusion he was supposed to come to, but how could he could to anything less when they’d been doing so…well without him? The company had been prospering, even! They didn’t need him to anchor them down again.

Ironically the moment the familiar (and dearly missed) shriek split the air, Vox had been deleting a text to Valentino that he was once more attempting to send. The phone went flying through the air as he tripped in his step, whirling around to meet the eyes of the man he’d been avoiding. Horror, shame and yearning desire struck him at once.

“V…Val?!”

HE HAS A FUCKING BODY?!

Valentino grits his teeth as he looks up and down at the part of Vox that wasn't a square. All this time, he had been telling himself that Vox would come back-- but he had no legs, and he was too proud to ask the guy who had torn said head off his previous body to come get him... and he didn't want to ask Velvette or... fucking Ethan to come get him because having someone appear at the hotel to pick up his little hopping head and carry him underneath their arm was too embarrassing.

He told himself that Vox would... probably come back once his body grew back and he could walk out on his own. And... he'd probably have come up with a good excuse that would explain why he wanted to dump Valentino and Velvette once he became a god.

And... Valentino would probably be over it by then. If Vox's excuse was good enough. And he apologized enough. And bought him something really nice.

That was usually the thought that helped him sleep at night. Vox would come back. He didn't need him to though. He didn't miss him. He just hated that managing half of Vox's enterprise was taking time away from his creative endeavors. Once he had legs and had Voogled enough how to apologize for trying to kill someone forum threads, he'd come back, and they could be them again. Mostly.

He'd never let Vox have that much influence or power again. He'd never fully trust Vox again.

Valentino's wings flared out from his body-- a sight that was not nearly so impressive now that one of them had been blown in half by a laser beam.

"WHY DO YOU HAVE LEGS?!" Wait. That's not what he came here to yell about. More aggressive squeaks accompany his snarling as he takes his phone out of his pocket and shoves it in Vox's face.

"THE FUCK IS THIS ABOUT?!"

The momentary shock and fear was diverted by the once beautiful insect wings that unfurled, one that looked almost chewed, and still scorched a permanent black at the edges. Valentino’s wings were beautiful and a point of pride for the moth, and one was gone now, because of him. The reminder just reinforced that staying away had been the best thing for him.

Vox blinked almost comically at the first outburst, indignant, but before he could reply, glowing words on a pixelated screen stole his breath away.

[txt]Val. I’m so sorry, I miss you. I’ve been trying to figure out what to say for weeks now, but every time I try I just delete the message. You don’t need me, neither of you do. But I’m going crazy thinking about you both. I just want to be home but I know that’s not my home noww i kno i ruined everything. I’m just a big…ruiner and the bomb should have killed me. but not you both. you deserve better thanmefCK[/txt]

He’d had to stop typing at the time, his vision fogged up too much by tears. He remembered that.

Vox felt like someone had splashed cold water on him, and he was malfunctioning about as much. A glitch rippled his screen. “I…I didn’t send that. I..deleted that message, I don’t…I don’t get it!”

"You're a computer!" Television-computer-phone... thing. He got calls and texts transmitted through his face. "What do you mean you don't get how phones work?"

Vox was a great liar. He'd roped in thousands of souls by promising them shit he was never going to give out. He ran a fucking cult even before he died. When he lied he was suave, collected, the smoothest talking thing anyone had ever seen...

What Vox was really bad at was admitting he'd been bested or that he didn't understand something. It was like his internal processor couldn't fathom that there was something out there better than it, so it just crashed.

And judging by the way his face just almost tore in half, and how he's handling this with about the same level of grace and dignity he did when he learned Alastor came back... he really is confused.

"... Is someone going through your phone to make sure you're not trying to kidnap el rey again?"

... It's what he does to make sure Angel's not plotting his way back to this dump.

“That’s obviously not what…” Of course he knew what the fuck a phone and computer did, but that’s why this didn’t add up. He…he deleted the message, didn’t he? At the very least, he didn’t send it! Truthfully he didn’t remember if he deleted it. (Vel always said he put the ‘D’ in ADHD.)

He hated it, but he felt a stab of betrayal at the thought. Charlie had promised him confidentiality after all, safety, and all that shit. He was mortified to realize he must have believed and trusted her on some level, since he felt hurt she might have broken that.

Unless it wasn’t her…

“Bet I have an idea of who.” His eyes narrowed a bit. The fucking psychotic little haunted doll of Alastor’s that was the reason he was here in the first place. And his own charge apparently.

But that was neither here nor there right now. Now he….he had Valentino in front of him…and he didn’t know what to do. He didn’t know what to say.

If all this hotel redemption shit was about introspection, than the truth was the only thing he’d really been able to reflect in this time, was that he was unneeded, and had only been holding Valentino back…He’d been holding them both back. Maybe that wasn’t the conclusion he was supposed to come to, but how could he could to anything less when they’d been doing so…well without him? The company had been prospering, even! They didn’t need him to anchor them down again.

Ironically the moment the familiar (and dearly missed) shriek split the air, Vox had been deleting a text to Valentino that he was once more attempting to send. The phone went flying through the air as he tripped in his step, whirling around to meet the eyes of the man he’d been avoiding. Horror, shame and yearning desire struck him at once.

HE HAS A FUCKING BODY?!

Valentino grits his teeth as he looks up and down at the part of Vox that wasn't a square. All this time, he had been telling himself that Vox would come back-- but he had no legs, and he was too proud to ask the guy who had torn said head off his previous body to come get him... and he didn't want to ask Velvette or... fucking Ethan to come get him because having someone appear at the hotel to pick up his little hopping head and carry him underneath their arm was too embarrassing.

He told himself that Vox would... probably come back once his body grew back and he could walk out on his own. And... he'd probably have come up with a good excuse that would explain why he wanted to dump Valentino and Velvette once he became a god.

And... Valentino would probably be over it by then. If Vox's excuse was good enough. And he apologized enough. And bought him something really nice.

That was usually the thought that helped him sleep at night. Vox would come back. He didn't need him to though. He didn't miss him. He just hated that managing half of Vox's enterprise was taking time away from his creative endeavors. Once he had legs and had Voogled enough how to apologize for trying to kill someone forum threads, he'd come back, and they could be them again. Mostly.

He'd never let Vox have that much influence or power again. He'd never fully trust Vox again.

Valentino's wings flared out from his body-- a sight that was not nearly so impressive now that one of them had been blown in half by a laser beam.

"WHY DO YOU HAVE LEGS?!" Wait. That's not what he came here to yell about. More aggressive squeaks accompany his snarling as he takes his phone out of his pocket and shoves it in Vox's face.

"THE FUCK IS THIS ABOUT?!"

The momentary shock and fear was diverted by the once beautiful insect wings that unfurled, one that looked almost chewed, and still scorched a permanent black at the edges. Valentino’s wings were beautiful and a point of pride for the moth, and one was gone now, because of him. The reminder just reinforced that staying away had been the best thing for him.

Vox blinked almost comically at the first outburst, indignant, but before he could reply, glowing words on a pixelated screen stole his breath away.

He’d had to stop typing at the time, his vision fogged up too much by tears. He remembered that.

Vox felt like someone had splashed cold water on him, and he was malfunctioning about as much. A glitch rippled his screen. “I…I didn’t send that. I..deleted that message, I don’t…I don’t get it!”
