Oh, just an Alpha. Not exactly my friend, but he does have a nice bum. Oh, and I know perfectly who you are, Damon.
But what do you mean "Alpha"? Oh really now, who am I then?
Have you seen the Alpha here?
What are you talking about? What Alpha?
I'm Damon btw, Damon Salvatore.
SCREAM â LYDIA & DAMON
Lydia finally let out a sigh of relief as she felt herself escape his grasp over her but not only seconds later. She saw the vampire standing right next to her. Her eyes shot in horror as she knew she couldnât run. He was too fast for her and Lydia managed to freeze into her spot as she felt his fangs sink into her skin.Â
A loud muffled scream escaped her lips as she felt the blood slowly escape her now weak body. She soon got tired of screaming knowing no one would hear her since the music would be too loud. She thought it was over for her. She was going to die soon.
Damon smiled against her throat as his senses became stronger. He gripped her tighter and took a few more deep gulps of the hot blood before throwing her weak body to the forrest floor. He looked down at her crumpled body. Her red hair was almost glowing in the dark against her pale skin. She was gasping for air and looked up at him disorientedly. This was what everyone kept forgetting about him. He's not a hero. He's not a good man. He never was. He kept looking at the girl, staring into her glazed over eyes. Watching her as her life was slowly seeping away. Much like a baby bird that has fallen out of it's nest, getting caught by a predator. A little red bird.
As her heartbeat was growing weaker and weaker, he noticed that she was accepting it. Letting death welcome her. No.
He went over to her body, making her sit up leaning against his chest. "No." he whispered out loud this time. He brought his wrist to his mouth, biting down on it, offering it to the helpless girl. She was unconcious by now, hanging lifeless in his arms. Cursing he made her drink manually. "You're not dying on me little redbird." The monster inside of him started hissing at him but he barely heard it. He was in control now. When she started drinking by herself he got up on his feet, still carrying the girl in his arms. Lydia, that was her name. He remembered Elena mentioning the redhead once or twice. He started his hike towards the hospital.

Lydia could hear the sound of foot steps approach her as she stood there confused with where she was. Lydia was strong but vampires could be anywhere. She barely knew any vampiresâ she was mostly running with wolves as theyâd call it. The redhead watched as the shadow walked closer which led to her taking a step back. âJackson? Is that you?â She asked, hoping it was indeed Jackson. âIf it is you. It really isnât funny.â She added with a hint of terror dripping through her tone as she finally realized it wasnât Jackson. Or at least, it didnât look like him from the dark.
Pressing her eyes shut then reopening him, she still couldnât catch the face as it grew closer. She then realized that he was bleedingâ bleeding? Was he attacked? Was he looking for help. Lydia took a step closer to help the man when she noticed he had approached her already. She leaned in her hand before realizing his eyes were soon red, veins showing and his teeth.. they grew. He was a vampire. Lydia felt her hand trembling as she took a step back. Was she supposed to scream? Or was she just supposed to run? She didnât know but she knew she shouldnât piss a vampire off.
It was Peter all over againâ he was going to bite her as Peter did and probably use her as bait or whatnot. She turned around before trying to escape the vampire. Her shoes werenât exactly helpful but she didnât care, not right now. The man wanted to kill her and Lydia couldnât let that happenâ why would she? She hoped he wouldnât chase after her but knew there was a huge chance he would.
He ran his tounge over his now extended fangs. Feeling his weak body aching with hunger, his muscles rippling with electricity he assessed the situation. Her heart was beating frantically, her blood pulsing hot and sweet under her skin. Focusing on the girl he took in a deep burning breath. Her scent was exquisite and he liked to enjoy his victims fragrences before taking a bite out of them. So when her eyes grew with terror and she started to back away from him. He let her run.
After a few seconds, he vampspeeds up to her, grabbing her from behind. Not giving her a second to react, he sinks his fangs into her fragile porcelain neck, ripping into her skin and drinking greedily from the jugular.
The town looks awfully quiet this morning.Â
Almost like it's too quite? That's Mystic harbor hills for you...
Maybe I should get another pet.
Which would be exactly what a cliche is. Arenât you a little old to be concerned with being cool?
Why am I not surprised that you went from something vaguely creepy to something totally dangerous?
I'll pretend you didn't just say that. Falcons aren't dangerous, it depends on who's handling them, and if I were to handle one.. Well..
It's finally starting to feel like fall.
Thank god.
Wait... you mean you'd rather go to school than have a summer vacation? Are you out of your mind?
Maybe I should get another pet.
Because I donât make it my life mission to be a cliche, unlike some people.
Fish donât need much attention either and thereâs less of a risk of them pecking out your eyes.
A cliche? I'm just living up to the expectations. Fish are boring creatures. I want something cool. Maybe a Falcon. Yes definitly.. I shall become a Falcon handler!
Maybe I should get another pet.
Not saying anything to make me think thatâs less creepy. Besides, donât you think itâs a little on the nose? Itâd be like me getting a black cat.
I am shocked and appalled. How can you not have a black cat?
Besides, Crows are easy to handle. They don't need much attention like cats and dogs do.
Maybe I should get another pet.
If you do, go with something way less creepy than a crow. Birds are bad luck.
crows are an omen of death. much like me. i've also been told i've got "raven-black hair"
Maybe I should get another pet.
What, Elena isnât enough anymore?
oh shush, go back to playing with your blonde barbie doll.
Maybe I should get another pet.
I miss my crow..
SCREAM â LYDIA & DAMON
Erica was dead; sure, Lydia wasnât a huge fan of the girl but it still saddened her to see the young beta die. The hunter Lydia has been working with seemed to have disappeared for the time being and Lydia wouldnât be Lydia if she didnât go even if it meant being surrounded by supernatural creatures. It was deep into the woods. The redhead pulled out her phone as she walked into the woods, not noticing what was in front of her except the way she was told to go down. As Lydia fiddled with her phone, she realised that the deeper she walked into the woods the less reception there was, âShit.â she muttered looking through the trees but she only saw a light from a far. Lydiaâs eyes wandered around as she tried to see if there was a stronger connection but it seemed it could be getting worse.  Lydia let out a loud humph as she turned around. She was lost and she didnât know the way. She was going to give Stiles a call. He probably knew the way to it and she didnât feel comfortable going alone. Lydia walked back into the direction she came from raising her phone up in the air trying to find good connection but none. âDammit!â She almost yelled out, a frustrated sigh escaping her lips.
Lydia walked back into the road as she finally managed to find connectionâ she scrolled down her contacts and managed to spot Allison but the brunette was nowhere to be found so she wouldnât be help. Stiles, stiles.. Finding his name, Lydia clicked on the number before realizing her phone went dead. Taking a deep breath to not throw the phone across the road, Lydia shoved it back into her bag as she waited for a car to show. At least it gave her time to think, didnât it? She hadnât had time to think in so long and itâs good to just hear the wind blowing and focusing on your inner thoughts. Lydia couldnât help but think of Allison, Jackson, Stiles, Danny and Scott. They all seemed to be in her life now even if Jackson did hate her. She was glad he was safe. She wondered howâd they manage to hide this secret from her from so long? Even when Peter was playing with her mind, no one told her. She poisoned them with Wolves bane and yet, they all seemed to want to protect her. Now Lydia was doing the sameâ She needed to keep her work with the hunter a secret. She needed to act oblivious so no one would suspect. Â She walked back and forth as her heels clicked against the ground under waiting for someone to arrive.
Lydia sat there for merely ten minutes before realizing no one was coming. She got up and headed back into the forest, her eyes looking for the light. She hoped sheâd find someone to help guide her but everyone seemed to already be there. The redhead walked deeper into the forest before hearing a sound surrounding her. She almost jumped turning around; her eyes shot to where the voice was made. âHello?â She yelled out, knowing that usually people who say hello eventually die in movies but she wouldnât just stand there. âIs anyone there?â She yelled once again before wrapping her arms around her waist.Â
Damon cursed when he popped his shoulder back into place. This was the last time he defended this town from stray vampires. Newly turned vampires were usually not that strong. But he figured that they'd fed and killed a lot and that's why he'd gotten his ass kicked. In the end he'd had to use up his last Powers to rip their heads off. He was currently seated with his back against a tree, trying to set his broken leg into place. "Son of a.." his leg cracked when it came into place again.
He could feel his throat burning, the bloodlust creeping closer. He wasn't sure how long he'd last before the monster inside of him would take over, his vampire instincts curling in on him. He got up awkwardly and started walking slowly back to the mansion. This was going to be a rough hike. His shirt was torn and he was bleeding from several places on his chest. Blood was running down his temple.
He whipped his head around, facing east. Sniffing the air there was a familiar scent, but the monster inside of him now fully in control, couldn't place it. Vamp-speeding closer to the scent he could now see a redheaded girl hiking through the woods. There were waves of frustration coming off of her, but there was something more. Something that smelled so sweet. Fear. She was all alone in the woods, she should be scared. Scared of the things lurking in the dark.
He crept closer to her, stalking her. He was watching the ground, making sure he didn't step on any twigs. Instead, being so exhausted, he didn't realize he was walking into a tree. Grunting loudly he regained his balance. His gaze falling on the girl who had noticed him. She was squinting in the dark, failing to make out his form. He walked out in front of her, veins showing on his face, red eyes, and fangs extended.
Cheers.
Your sarcasm is noted, Damon. Technically you can leave, but you and I both know youâll end up finding your way back here. We all do. And we all will even in the future.Â
I didn't mean that I wanted to leave you. I told you, I will never leave you again, if you don't want to me to of course. I just meant that we could definitly use a change of scenery. Why can't we visit hawaii for a week or two? Or just... visit the bar in Georgia again?
Cheers.
Well thank you, Damon. Howâve you been?
Oh everything's just "peachy". This town is sucking me in. I want to leave but it's almost like I can't.
Cheers.
Well thank you, Damon. Howâve you been?
Oh you know me, just living "life". I've been doing some "business" trips lately which wasn't very pleasant but now all is well again. What have you been up to this summer Elena?
