in no particular order - perfume sample sets, oil pastels, my cat, pinterest collages, bugs, those spicy rolled chips from trader joe’s, really any spicy food in general, eucalyptus oil in the shower, my new cotton bedsheets, white rabbit candy, putting characters in situations, and dried mango (please don’t ask how much i’ve spent on dried mango specifically recently i’m actually so embarrassed about it)

currently reading?

i’m criminally bad at reading, but the last book i picked up was the x files - whirlwind by charles grant! my goal this year was to read five books, and i think i’m two down? the last book i completed in full was the hounding by xenobe purvis :)

currently working on?

honestly not much right now? i have a couple wips, but the big long term project i’m working on is my sleeper agent scully fic. i want to put some serious time, planning, and research into that though but working 40 evil hours a week means not a lot of fic unfortunately 😭 + i’m bad at self motivation. short term i’m writing a deeply unserious oneshot about scully taking an edible LOL

thinking about how in the first twelve episodes of the x files dana scully is practically giddy about her job and smiles all the time and flirts with her partner and laughs unrestrainedly like a teenager, and then beyond the sea hits and her world falls apart and for the WHOLE REST OF THE SHOW she becomes this serious, emotionally closed off young woman who rarely smiles past a smirk and doesn't want to tell the people closest to her how much she's hurting. thinking thinking thinking
