Rhaenys Targaryen ♕ 20 years old ♕ House Targaryen ♕ Residing in: Sunspear ♕ FC: Odette Annable

Rhaenys was born on Dragonstone, the first child of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and Princess Elia Martell. She took after her mother in her looks and later, she was told that her grandfather, King Aerys, had sneered upon seeing her for the first time. Rhaenys’s first memories were of running around Maegor’s Holdfast with her cousin, Viserys, and her black kitten, Balerion. The two would play at being the first Aegon and Rhaenys and it was said that Queen Rhaella smiled for the first time in years at seeing the two play. Rhaenys was overjoyed when her mother went into childbirth. She loved her brother upon first meeting him and retired from her playing to sit beside her mother and Aegon. On the night of the King’s death, Rhaenys woke up screaming and ran, looking for her father. Rhaenys found her father in the halls, looking mournful. She told her father that “bad things are coming”. Rhaegar picked her up and took her to the throne room in the morning as he took his place on the Iron Throne.

A year after Rhaegar became king, Elia Martell died. It took the king himself to pull the weeping Rhaenys from her mother’s body. She was lost without her mother and wanted her father, yet Rhaegar was busy putting the realm back together. Rhaella tried to comfort the grieving child, but it was the baby Aegon that Rhaenys clung closest to. When Rhaegar remarried, Rhaenys was hesitant in growing close to her new mother. Cersei seemed to love her, though when baby Aemon was born, that love seemed to disappear. As they grew up, Rhaenys loved her new siblings and played with them as often as she played with Viserys. She grew close to her cousin Daenerys as the younger girl looked up to Rhaenys. When Aegon was sent to Dorne, Rhaenys begged her father to let her go too, but Rhaegar refused. Her dream of the “bad things coming” had concerned the king and he did not want her far from his side. So, Rhaenys grew older and as requests for her hand in marriage came in, Rhaegar refused them all. She knew that Cersei was trying her hardest to send Rhaenys away, as the coldness from her step mother had become a well known thing to the princess.

When Aegon came back to court, Rhaenys rejoiced. Her uncle Oberyn and her cousins, the Sand Snakes accompanied him and she met her family with love. When Rhaegar left for Dragonstone, Rhaenys was silent on the matter. Her mind was blank, no odd feelings or thoughts. She did not even wake from a nightmare on the night the news of his death arrived. When the raven came, Rhaenys was in shock. It took Aegon himself warning Rhaenys that they had to leave immediately to get her moving. Aemon had taken the throne. They were going to Dorne, to figure out how to take their throne back from their brother. Meanwhile, Rhaenys wrestled with the guilt of her father’s death. How had she not known?

Arya Stark ♕ 19 years old ♕ House Stark ♕ Residing in: Storm’s End ♕ FC: Adelaide Kane

Arya Stark’s birth was met with disappointment from her parents and frustration from Catelyn herself. Catelyn and Brandon had longed for a son to be the heir to the North, yet instead, a wailing dark haired girl had entered the world. Arya was everything that her older sister, Alysanne was not. Brandon often laughed while Arya was young, saying that she reminded him of a young Lyanna. She had the wolf’s blood, fighting fiercely in her beliefs and quick to anger. She loved riding and would spend hours out with her horse, often coming back to Winterfell smelling like her horse and making her mother shake her head and send her off to the bath. It was not until Arya’s seventeenth nameday, when she was found in bed with Domeric Bolton that her father had had enough. 

Arya was sent to Storm’s End to her aunt Lyanna, with Brandon and Catelyn hoping that Lyanna’s daughters Lyarra and Elenei would make something of a lady out of Arya. It did the opposite, however, Robert and Lyanna found their niece amusing and she got along well with Jon and Lyarra, becoming fast friends. 

After Rhaegar’s death, Storm’s End began to strengthen the defenses. Ravens had flown and it was known by Robert that Elia’s children had gone to Dorne, leaving the Baratheons between Aemon and Aegon. Lyanna thought to send Arya back home to the north, along with Lyarra and Elenei. Arya does not want to leave Storm’s End however, unless it is to go Aegon in Dorne and swear the North’s allegiance...even though Brandon has not declared for either Targaryen as of yet.

Brandon Stark ♕ 38 years old ♕ House Stark ♕ Residing in: Winterfell ♕ FC: Richard Armitage

+ Passionate, Ambitious, Fierce

- Unforgiving, Hot tempered, Wild

Brandon was born and bred to be the heir to Winterfell. He was used to getting whatever he wanted and did not hesitate in taking what he desired. He was fostered at Barrowton when he was young and struck up a relationship of sorts with Barbrey Ryswell, going as far as taking her maidenhead. It was easy for him, to fake words of love and charm women. It was rumored that there was easily a bastard of Brandon’s in just about every castle in the north. Yet he was betrothed to Catelyn Tully, a girl quite a few years younger than himself. He was warned by his father to get this “nonsense” out of the way while he was young, Brandon would not be blatantly disrespecting his wife when she came north. 

Brandon and Catelyn’s wedding was, on the surface, a cheerful affair. Below the surface, however, the Tully’s seemed to be nervous about sending sweet Catelyn up into the hard north. The northern lords and ladies in attendance were bitter. It had long since been the tradition for the Starks to marry their bannermen. But despite the worries, Catelyn went north with Brandon and with Lord Rickard’s death three years into the marriage, Brandon was made Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North. 

Despite his father’s warning and despite his sweet lady wife, Brandon acknowledged one of his bastards and brought him to live at Winterfell. Not even a year after Rickard Snow’s birth, Catelyn was giving birth to Brandon’s first trueborn child. It was a daughter and Brandon did not hide his disappointment. Ned assured him that there would be time for a son and so Brandon took to Alysanne well. Yet still, Catelyn had two more daughters and each time, Brandon grew more and more disappointed. He knew that they were running out of time for an heir and with Ned, he discussed his options. He was thinking of trying to legitimize Rickard. 

Upon finding his middle daughter with the son of Roose Bolton, Brandon was furious. He wanted to send for Domeric’s dead, but Catelyn stopped him and convinced him to simply send Arya to Storm’s End. Now, with Rhaegar’s death and the inevitable war to follow, Brandon wants nothing more to march and to get his daughter. But now he must make the decision-- Aegon or Aemon?

Some women simply enjoy the power between their legs, Sallah is one of those women. At the age of sixteen, Sallah looked at least eighteen, and enough men tried to touch her where she thought she might as well make them pay for it, at first she worked alone, but word got around quick, and soon her parents kicked her out of their home, leaving her no other choice than joining the brothel nearby.

Sallah knows more secrets that most whores do, and she’ll be willing to tell someone, for a price. Everyone knows she knows secrets, most men and women tell their secrets in bed, but everyone knows not even the worst torture could make her talk about something she doesn’t wish to talk about. 

She’s not sure what she wants yet, a wealthy husband would be nice, but not worth it if he’d cheat on her or beat her, and power is hard to come by for a woman unless she is a noble, and even then it’s still a power struggle, so she’s yet to choose what she wants to do with this power, she knows one thing for sure though, with Rhaegar dead and a new King, now would be the best time to strike.

Catelyn Tully Stark ♕ 34 years old ♕ House Stark ♕ Residing in: Winterfell ♕ FC: Isla Fisher

The most defining moment in young Catelyn Tully’s life was the death of her mother, Minisa. Catelyn had only been a little girl, and Lysa and Edmure were even younger. Minisa died trying to give her husband another son and after her death, Hoster Tully retreated for several years. Catelyn found her mothering Lysa and Edmure, even though she was only a few years older than they were. Catelyn was a proper lady, though she had a certain spunk to her as well that drew the eye of many. As she grew older, she was especially close to her sister and her father’s ward, Petyr Baelish. The three would often play kissing games and even Catelyn was not blind to the way that Lysa would smile at Petyr. When Catelyn was twelve, her father betrothed her to Brandon Stark. Though Catelyn was frightened of moving so far north, where the people were just as harsh and cold as their winters, she knew that it was her duty. Yet when Brandon and the other northern lords arrived at Riverrun, it was Petyr Baelish who fought for her. He challenged Brandon to a duel for Catelyn’s hand and humiliated himself, Catelyn, and Lysa in the process. Catelyn did not speak to Petyr after the duel, furious with his behavior. Within a moon’s turn, Catelyn Tully became Catelyn Stark. 

Brandon brought her up to Winterfell and though Catelyn did not love her husband, nor the north, there was a certain...charm to it. It took her awhile to become used to the place, and just as she was getting comfortable, Brandon brought a bastard into the castle. Rickard Snow, the son of Brandon himself. Catelyn was humiliated once again, but as always, she did her duty and became large with child. When she gave birth, it was a girl that looked more Tully than Stark and her disappointment was just as palpable as Brandon’s. But she kept trying, having two more girls. Catelyn did not love her daughters any less for being girls, nor even when Arya acted more like a horse than a lady. She was cold to her husband’s bastard and did not feel guilty for her behavior, nor when sweet Alysanne began to mimic it. Catelyn was well aware that her days of having children were coming to a close and she was scared. Scared that Brandon would give Winterfell to Rickard, rather than one of his trueborn daughters. 

When Arya was found abed with Domeric Bolton, it was Catelyn that stopped the boy from being killed by Brandon. She suggested sending Arya down south to Lyanna, to keep her away from the Bolton boy and surprising even her, Brandon agreed. With Rhaegar’s death and the new king on the throne, Catelyn has begun to worry for all her family in the south. Arya, hidden away at Storm’s End, Lysa in Casterly Rock, her ailing father and brother at Riverrun.

Tyene Sand ♕ 23 years old ♕ Bastard of Oberyn Martell ♕ Residing in: Dorne ♕ FC: Bella Thorne/Imogen Poots(?)

Tyene Sand is the bastard daughter of Oberyn Martell and a septa, taken in since she was young just as her sisters were, but far more different from them in looks, with fair skin, blonde hair, and light eyes. 

Tyene also chose a different weapon from her sisters, while they chose sharp blades, she chose poison. From making them, to using them, Tyene knew how to use her weapon better than anyone she knew, her beauty called to many, which made it easier to poison and kill those she needed to, or poison someone and only offer the antidote when they told her what she needed to know as well.

When the news of Rhaegar’s death and Aemon’s coronation reached Dorne everyone was ready to jump into war, Tyene agreed with her sister, Nymeria, that perhaps this would be best handled discreetly, however they must wait on what happens next before either of them chooses what their next step will be, but Tyene is already working on a poison strong enough to help them kill Cersei, and her cowardly son - Aemon.

Benjen Stark ♕ 33 years old ♕ House Stark ♕ Residing in: Winterfell ♕ FC: Sam Claflin

+ Selfless, Honest, Easygoing

- Restless, Dutiful to a fault, Lost

Benjen was always the odd one out of the Stark bunch. His eldest brother Brandon was hot tempered, Ned was noble, Lyanna was fiery, and Benjen was...Benjen. Always the youngest son, with options that seemed very limited. He debated joining the Night’s Watch, to get some sense of purpose, but something always kept him in Winterfell with his family. Despite his temper, Brandon was a good lord, his Lady Catelyn was compelling, and the Stark girls were entertaining. Without any real responsibilities, Benjen would often spend his time travelling the north, getting gifts from Essos in White Harbor for Serena and bringing the occasional stray singer back for Alysanne, finding the fastest horses for Arya. If he was anything, he was their favorite uncle. 

Brandon had been pushing for Benjen to marry for years. He would have been fine if Brandon was looking into some northern lady, but Brandon was looking south for a bride. He wanted to expand the connections of the north and create an alliance with another great house. Benjen tried to argue. No great house would accept a third born son. Yet Brandon still looked and Benjen was unable to stop him, though he dreaded the day that he would be sent so far from the north.

Melia Forrester ♕ 22 years old ♕ Lady in Waiting for Rhaenys Targaryen ♕ Residing in: Kings Landing ♕ FC: Marie Avgeropoulos

+ Loyal, assertive, perseverant

- Harsh, violent, stubborn

Fifth born is usually a sign you’ll have to marry well because you’re not likely to own anything, and so, when Melia was born, it was decided she’d work for Rhaenys Targaryen in King’s landing to make advantageous connections, and hopefully, an advantageous marriage. Every few months since she was seven, Melia spent at least two moons in King’s Landing, learning how to be a lady, and a lady in waiting for the Princess, as well as getting to know the woman she was meant to work for until she married, and due to this, the two grew very close.

Melia loved the Targaryen family, they became more like her family than most of her family due to how long she spent in King’s Landing, and since she moved officially to the city when she was fifteen, well, this has been more home than any other home has. Melia doesn’t trust Cersei or her children, but she’s loyal to whoever Rhaenys is loyal to, so she attempts to be... civil, at least, but honestly, Melia is known far better for her sharp tongue than her sweetness, perhaps that’s why she was glad when Selly became a lady’s maid along with her two years into her work, they seemed to balance one another well. Melia wouldn’t do anything to embarrass Rhaenys, but she will stand up for her when necessary.

It’s true that by now Melia should be married, and she has been asked for her hand in marriage, but not by anyone that’s called her attention, not enough to make her leave Rhaenys’ side, and her reputation as a “too strong willed woman” has stood in the way of several men approaching her. There was one engagement to Willas Tyrell that called her attention, but before she could decide she was on her way to Dorne with her lady, and soon after the news of Rhaegar’s death hit, along with Aemon’s coronation, and Melia knows now that Rhaenys is going to need her more than ever, and while she wishes she could cry, she can’t help but feel an uncontrollable anger towards Cersei and her vile plans.

Ireyne Dyser ♕ 19 years old ♕ Dornish Servant ♕ Residing in: Dorne ♕ FC: Kylie Bunbury

+ Dutiful, Soft-spoken, Passionate

- Over-imaginative, Naive, Over-bearing

Ireyne barely remembers a time where she did not live among the Martells. Not as their equal, but as their servant. Her mother had worked there as well before she ran off with a guard when Ireyne was barely fourteen. She did not complain. She wasn’t mistreated or anything and when she turned sixteen she became the personal maid to princess Arianne.

Despite the difference in status, the two formed an unusual but genuine friendship. And Arianne made no secret of it, often lavishing Ireyne with jewelry and dresses because after all, if she was going to be the handmaiden to the princess she should look the part.

Ireyne has not let it get to her head, however. And with the threat of war looming over everyone’s head with the death of Rhaegar, Ireyne would rather be safe behind Dornish walls then free and vulnerable.

Annaliese ♕ 30 years old ♕ Whore ♕ Residing in: Currently Winterfell ♕ FC: Meghan Ory

-Unpredictable, meddlesome, outspoken

Born to an abusive home, Annalise became a whore at the young age of fifteen when a chance to run off from home came from a man that offered her the chance to sell her good looks. She’d take anything over another beating, and meeting the other women that worked for this man she learned many things, things beyond how to pleasure a man or woman, but how to defend herself as well. 

Annaliese took a few years becoming someone to note for those who visited the whore house, but once she became popular, many men and women started requesting sleeping with her, she made many connections, and soon, enough money where she could travel and go from town to town, offering her services to those that wanted it, making enough money to go to the next town. 

Winterfell is the current city where Annaliese find herself, word of Rhaegar has reached her ears, the coronation of the prince Aemon as well, she doesn’t care for either, as long as customers are still coming.

Selly Flowers ♕ 19 years old ♕ Lady's Maid to Rhaenys Targaryen ♕ Residing in: King’s Landing ♕ FC: Lily Collins

- Naive, caring to a fault, too trusting

Born from a lady who worked for House Gardener, Selly grew up surrounded by well mannered people, her mother worked cleaning and fixing House Gardener, a very simple job that Selly helped with once she was old enough. Her father was rumored to be one of the Lords of the House, however, Selly’s mother never admitted or denied anything, saying she was happy all the same to just have her daughter in her life. 

Selly was more than happy when Margaery Tyrell came to visit once, and the two became friends, but then Margaery was good at making everyone feel like they were her friend, offering Selly a job with her in Highgarden, one she took excitedly. She worked in her home for a few years, one time accompanying Margaery to King’s Landing where Margaery presented her to the King who quickly admired Selly’s soft spoken nature, Margaery offered her up for service for the King’s daughter, Rhaenys, since Margaery herself had taught Selly how to talk, read, and help a lady get dressed for the day, it was a few weeks, but eventually the King called upon Margaery and took her up on the offer. Selly was more than happy, she would be working for the Princess, however with the favor came another favor, for Margaery said that she would allow Selly to leave only if she promised not to forget her, and that she would be there if Margaery had anything to ask of her, and would do it without hesitation. 

It’s been nearly five years since then, and Selly loves and admires Rhaenys like an older sister, someone she respects an incredible amount, when the news of Rhaegar’s death came, Selly wept, she loved the King just as much as Rhaenys, and she knew the pain her lady was probably feeling, as for Aemon’s coronation, she’s sure there must have been some mistake, perhaps he’s just King while Aegon finds his way back home, simply giving the people peace of mind.

Alysanne Stark ♕ 21 years old ♕ House Stark ♕ Residing in: Winterfell ♕ FC: Eleanor Tomlinson

- Proud, Inflexible, Pretentious 

As the eldest daughter of Brandon Stark and Catelyn Tully, Alysanne came as a small disappointment to her parents. They had both been so sure that she was going to be born a son, the heir that the north needed. For the north as a whole, Alysanne was a disappointment. She did not look like the Starks, but rather one of those southron Tully’s. Yet still Catelyn did not despair. There would be time for another child, the heir that Brandon needed. And Alysanne was a good girl, always mindful of her duties. She loved dancing and music, did her sewing and lessons without complaint. Yet, there was some of the Stark’s fire in her as well. She was headstrong in her convictions and when properly inflamed, could argue until she was blue in the face. 

When Alysanne was young, she was blessed with not one, but two younger sisters. She doted upon young Arya and Serena as if she was their mother and not just their elder sister. Despite their differences, Alysanne loved her sisters...even if she found Arya’s spitfire frustration, her relationship with Domeric Bolton concerning, and the smell of her horse insufferable. Yet, Arya and Serena were not the only siblings that Alysanne had to contend with. Her father, Brandon, had whelped a bastard son. Though Catelyn never confided it with her eldest daughter, Alysanne knew that her mother was worried about her own lack of sons and what it would mean for Winterfell. She grew angry, with her father and with stupid Rickard Snow, allowed to stay in her home and enjoy the comforts that she had. Alysanne went out of her way to antagonize Rickard, though it seemed that he found her efforts amusing. 

With Rhaegar’s death, Alysanne grew worried for her sister, Arya. Locked in the Stormlands and caught between two kings. She fretted almost constantly and wished more than anything that she could set off and fetch Arya home. But Alysanne was a proper lady, not fit for taking off without thinking of consequences.

Nymeria Sand ♕ 25 years old ♕ Bastard of Oberyn Martell ♕ Residing in: Dorne ♕ FC: Lindsey Morgan

+ Confident, just, assertive

- Deadly, manipulative, smart-ass

Nymeria Sand is the second eldest of the Sand Snakes, born to a noblewoman of Volantis, a woman she doesn’t remember since she was too young when Oberyn took her in as his daughter. Obara was already a few years older than her, and although hesitant at first, soon became close with Nymeria, but while Obara found herself training with a spear, Nymeria found her comfort with training with daggers. 

She found daggers much easier to find, less conspicuous, easier to reach for in any given moment, the right weapon for her since as she grew up, she grew more and more beautiful, something she took advantage of to get what she needed, but never hesitating to draw her weapon to defend herself, she got what she wanted, or what she was asked to get, no matter the cost.

The death of Rhaegar didn’t mean anything to her personally, she didn’t know the man well, though he did have a warm smile. The only reason Nymeria cares for the death of the King is because of the consequences of his death, Obara is ready to take up arms against the Lannisters, who have wronged Aegon, but Nymeria thinks there is better ways to handle this, much quieter ways, but if necessary, she doesn’t mind taking up arms whenever it’s called for her to do so, she’s fiercely loyal to her father, and sisters, and she’ll be damned in Cersei Lannister gains control of the Seven Seas by placing her eldest son on the throne.

Obara Sand ♕ 28 years old ♕ Bastard of Oberyn Martell ♕ Residing in: Dorne ♕ FC: Morena Baccarin

+ Strong, clever, strong willed

- Hard, quick tempered, blunt

Ever since Oberyn Martell told her to choose between the spears or tears, Obara knew what what her life would be. Trained since she was a child using her spear almost as well as her father, some even questioned if she could wield the weapon better, Obara grew to be a strong personality that few dared question, most out of fear of losing their tongue, or limb, if not by Obara, by another Sand Snake.

Obara hasn’t stopped training with her spear despite excelling at it, even helping other Sand Snakes learn how to use the weapon, perhaps not in the kindest way, but she teaches them, and at least that’s something. Despite her hard nature Obara cares very much for all her sisters, half-sisters or not, they’re all Sand Snakes. Her loyalty to her father, is unmatched, as well as her love for Ellaria Sand, so it’s only natural that Rhaegar’s death and Aemon’s coronation angered her, seeing her father ready for War was enough for her to be ready to jump into action and do what was necessary. Obara has never liked Cersei, she’s met the woman once or twice, but that was enough to know the woman was more of a viper than any of them were, and she’d be more than glad to see the woman pay for ignoring Elia’s first born’s right to the throne.
