How to feel on top of the world🔝🌍:
Start with arriving in the most nature filled spot possible to you.
Begin to warm up gently. Then work up a good, fun sweat, and cool down w a stretch until your heart rate is back to resting/“normal”.
Take some time for reflecting on how you want to feel, and what you can do to make that feeling a reality today.
Finish off with some water and go create that desired feeling!!!
